We have three tomcats, one of whom is the playful addict, and he chases this wand as if there’s no tomorrow. He even brings it into the bedroom at night and takes it back to the living room when he wants to play. The other two hardly get a chance to play with it. Even though it’s been put through some serious wear and tear, it still looks great, even if a few feathers have been sacrificed. A fantastic cat wand that will definitely be bought again if it ever gets completely destroyed. :-)

Our young cat is absolutely crazy about this wand... unfortunately, one of them has already broken, but it lasted a whole year... so we immediately ordered a new one...

One of the cats goes absolutely nuts with this toy. Straight out of the box, he started playing with it (the other one has less interest in it). Within about an hour of playing, the small surrounding feathers started breaking loose, and it has also lost a few of the larger quill feathers. The floppy feather end of the wand has also broken loose from the hard plastic wand end. I am disappointed with how quickly the whole thing fell apart, but the cat still loves it.

It takes a month of daily chasing and vicious mauling of the creature until finally its feathers fall off. However it respawns, in different colours. I initially had a cheaper feather wand, which my cat absolutely adored, but it was completely destroyed and "bare" after just two days. This alternative made a good impression on me, and it didn’t disappoint! The wand doesn’t lose any feathers (after a week of use and daily play), and my cat goes absolutely crazy whenever I bring it out. If it ever breaks, I’ll definitely buy it again! It’s perfect for tiring my cat out ;) A fantastic toy!!

My cats sit in front of the cupboard, barely able to wait for me to take out this toy. But make sure to put it away quickly after playtime, or it’ll be completely shredded...

My two tomcats go absolutely crazy when I take the wand toy out of the cupboard; they just don’t want to stop playing and are completely obsessed with it. The best toy I’ve bought so far, and all the feathers are still intact – with other wand toys, the feathers are usually gone after just two days! Brilliant!!!

Got this for my five month old kitten after seeing the reviews, was a little sceptical as we had bought a large number of toys already, which received a mixed response... Until now!! As soon as this was taken out of the box he literally went bananas, leaping about in a frenzy, even growling and hissing at it (never heard this from him before!) He never seems to get bored of it- and despite mauling it vigorously and relentlessly , it is still in one piece. A few of the feathers have come out , but this does not affect the overall quality of the product, which I would thoroughly recommend for kittens with energy to burn , however I will also be buying some for my friends' cats (including 2 senior citizens) as this toy keeps them entertained, and is great for both physical and mental fitness. You will not regret this purchase!!

My cat loves the fishing rod – great idea!

This is a fabulous toy for a cat that has to stay indoors - I have a 1 year old adopted cat from a rescue who is adjusting to moving into her new home. She absolutely loves this toy and it is really helping us to bond. she has to stay indoors just now so it helps a lot with burning up energy and keeps life interesting. Bursts of playing madly allow her to settle and rest as she gets used to being here. I have found the danger feather toys are too much stimulation but this is just fab.

At our house, my tomcat is the qualified toy tester—everything gets thoroughly checked. The Feather Dancer quickly shot to the top spot as the most popular toy and remains the only item that is defended against the cat and regularly hidden away in a new safe spot. It does make playtime a bit tedious at first when you have to crawl on hands and knees under every piece of furniture to find it..;-) In terms of quality, I can only give it top marks. Despite the intense play mentioned, it still has two feathers left (which is REALLY impressive ;-D), something no other toy of this type has managed over a two-month period. Absolutely recommended!!

My cat absolutely adores this thing. I've already ordered it again because at some point the feathers were only half as long :D Just the rustling sound sometimes triggers his five minutes of madness.

When I ordered the fishing rod, I never would have dreamed that it would be such a hit. When I don’t feel like playing anymore because my arm already hurts, the rod gets carried after me... my cat bites into the feather toy and drags the whole rod behind him, laying it at my feet so we can keep playing... Brilliant :-)

Feather Dancer cat wand is clearly better than other feather wands; it's worth it, even though it's more expensive. After 5 months, it still has almost all its feathers!

My cats (6 months old) even go looking for the toy, and I had to put it away because they play with it until they're completely exhausted. They can play with it for hours and still have fun! Really great, and the sound of the feathers is very pleasant and encourages them to hunt.

This is a fantastic toy, it's well made, and robust, it arrived today and we've spent three hours playing with it while my cat attempted to kill it. I've never seen her so animated, from the very first start she perked up, and she's being intent on killing it ever since. Of all the toys we have, and there are many, this is the one that has grabbed her attention from the beginning. If she does manage to kill it I will be getting another one!

For my cat, who loves feathers, this is the best toy the world has ever seen. You don’t need to call her or rustle treats; just moving the wand is enough, and she comes running straight away. Unfortunately, there are two "weak points": 1. The feather bundle, which is glued into a plastic cap, falls out. 2. The plastic piece that connects the feather bundle to the stick simply comes loose from the holder on the stick. Such a shame! I’d happily pay €10 more if it were more durable!

My cats love the toy and go absolutely crazy for it. Unfortunately, it doesn’t last long – the feather tuft comes loose from the rubber cap quite quickly. Perhaps the manufacturer should reconsider the type of adhesive used. It’s really a shame for the cat when, after just 5 minutes, the feather tuft is lying on the floor and they’re left chewing on the rubber cap instead. For my wallet, it’s frustrating – £6 is really too much for such a short lifespan. Not suitable for cats that like to play rough.

My cat saw the fishing rod and went crazy for it =D Like a lunatic, she chases after the thing. Next time, I'll order a few at once straight away!!!
