The feather wand toy is a hit for many cats due to its engaging feathers and rustling sounds, sparking excitement and fun playtime. However, some found the feather tuft too large or intimidating, and the wand's durability varied, with some breaking early. Overall, the craftsmanship is appreciated, and many cats enjoy the toy, making it a recommended purchase for feline entertainment, despite some minor drawbacks in size and color.

Favourite toy
The best toy ever, our 2-year-old Persian cat has been burning off energy with it for a year now. He often has too much energy and quickly gets bored with many toys. The Crinkledancer, however, always works. It's very sturdy and has hardly taken any damage after a year. A few feathers have fallen off, but you don't even notice ...everything else is spot on.

Lots of fun for cat and caretaker and Destructocat safe
Our two adore this toy and its the only toy guaranteed to get our overweight tabby tiger running and jumping like a maniac. Its very well made and so far has stood up to a week of play/mauling and has only lost 2 feathers (toys like this usually last 5 mins max with our two). I don't leave it out because our kitties would exhaust themselves playing with it and have now started getting big-eyed pathetic stares and mews of complaint when I put this toy away!

Whoever made this toy should get an award
After buying a very cheap feather dangler toy that was loved by our 2 cats but only lasted for 5 minutes we decided to try a slightly more expensive one. This is a fantastic toy and its very well made - our 6kg house tiger has had 3-4 vigorous play (and kill the featherbeast!) sessions with this for about 10 mins at a time and its only lost 2 feathers. He loves this toy so much that he lies on it when he's having a breather so I can't take it away. He's an indoor cat and loves his food but even his favourite treat cannot get him away from this toy. He's a bit of a chewer (we occasionally get him non-rawhide puppy chews toys) and has had a good go on this numerous times and there's no damage at all (except for the 2 feathers that have fallen off) and he even complains and gives us pathetic looks when we put it away. It's definitely got the destructocat seal of approval!

Good quality and lots of fun
My older British Shorthair absolutely loves feather wands. As soon as I unpacked it, she immediately claimed it and eagerly carried it around – she especially loves the plastic streamers. For slightly more timid indoor cats, though, I’d recommend introducing it slowly. In terms of quality, the wand is much better made than the cheaper ones. We’ve had it for 7 days now, and so far, it’s only lost two feathers, whereas other toys barely lasted 3 days. The wire integrated at the end of the stick is also really handy, as it makes the movements more flexible. The higher price is totally fine, and I’ll definitely be coming back to this one! 😊

Top!
My British Shorthair cat absolutely loves feather wands and now enjoys playing with the Crinkle Dancer.
At first, she was a bit put off by the rustling of the plastic streamers between the feathers.
Nowadays, though, she carries it around in her mouth everywhere to lounge with it.
The wand does lose a feather here and there, but it withstands a lot of playfulness compared to other wands.

Dear Angel
Our two Thai Siamese cats love this wand; it's very well-made, and the feathers stay attached even during wild play. For us, there's no alternative anymore—better to spend a bit more and have something that lasts a long time.

Super
I have to say, I spent a long time thinking about whether to buy this play wand... But it was absolutely worth it! The quality of this play wand is very satisfying! My cats absolutely love it, and even our dogs think this wand is brilliant! It even withstands the rough tugging games from our dog! No comparison to the cheap feathered play wands! So, I have nothing to complain about and would buy it again anytime!

Great toy, but...
Our two 1-year-old tomcats loved this toy right from the start. They were absolutely crazy about this wand. But after about 3–4 hours of total playtime, the wand was done for. The feathers didn’t last long, and in the end, the whole fluffy bit fell off the wand. Such a shame—our indoor tigers are going to be disappointed.

Amazing!
My two go absolutely wild when this fishing rod comes out. It's really worth the money. It's also very sturdy, and despite heavy use, everything is still intact.

Very good
I was initially sceptical about whether the feather attachment would last long, but I was pleasantly surprised. Even with frequent use, the Crinkle Dancer still looks great. The little ones love it!

Very sturdy and popular cat wand
This cat wand is very sturdy. Our tomcat is absolutely crazy about it. As soon as I take it out of the cupboard, he comes rushing over. Even if he was fast asleep just moments before, he’s instantly there... He doesn’t exactly handle it gently either, yet there are still no signs of wear and tear. Highly recommended!

Cat Animator
I ordered the Crinkle Dancer for my young kitty because she managed to destroy all other cat wands within 2 minutes. I was very curious to see if this one could withstand my little wild thing. Test phase: It crinkles, her eyes turn jet black, her ears flatten, her fur bristles, and the lush feather attachment gets attacked. I've truly never seen my Lea so wild before. And! The wand hasn’t lost a single feather. Even now, after 3 months, it’s still as good as new. Conclusion: We’re thrilled!

Super sturdy cat teaser/wand
My cats absolutely love this toy. As soon as they hear the rustling of the wand... they come running from every hiding spot. My cats go absolutely wild with it, dragging it around the flat and garden, and the feather attachment is really durable. I can only recommend it!

extremely durable ...
... Even with our two wild tomcats. Sure, a feather might come off now and then, but despite daily use, the wand still looks great!
Really recommend it.

Great...
Finally, a toy that lasts significantly longer than the cheap, conventional feather wands. It's been in "action" for 2 weeks now and is still fit for play. Of course, a few feathers and crinkly ribbons have come off, but we play really wildly with it, and it still looks like a fluffy feather bundle! The only "downside": we received it in pink, but that's just my personal issue, haha. I'll definitely order a replacement with my next purchase.

Top toy!
I got this toy for our cats and I have to say, this thing is high quality and guarantees fun (for both sides!). Even our oldest cat can be kept entertained with it for ages and seems young again. Brilliant, I can really only recommend the crinkle dancer!

Good stuff!
Since the fishing rod arrived, it's been in use every day. Both cats love playing with it. Even though my tomcat is very rough, it's held up relatively well so far. Of course, some feathers and a few of the white plastic strips are already gone, but he usually destroys normal rods within a few hours. I would buy this rod again anytime, maybe even stock up on it. Finally, I've found something that really tires my tomcat out. However, I’m deducting one point because I wish there were toys that were truly indestructible for at least a few weeks. If it were for children, you wouldn’t buy something that breaks after three uses, after all. But in comparison, this rod is absolutely the best thing currently available on the market!

Great Angel
The play wand is absolutely brilliant. Very well made. It’s really durable. My British girl always bites down hard, yet the wand is still intact. She’s completely crazy about it, and even my 9-year-old tomcat has started playing with this wand again. He loves the rustling sound it makes. I’d buy it again any time.

Quality is worth it!
My two Bengal boys usually tear apart the cheap feather wands within about five to ten minutes... But this one hasn’t lost a single feather even after many intense play sessions! I’m really impressed! This is an absolute record!
On top of that, it rustles nicely and loudly, wonderfully encouraging them to hunt, and the flexible end is brilliant too!
