Good size for an senior cat but the rim is useless as it doesn't stop litter from escaping! I also noticed when my cat is scratching around she is actually scratching at the rim which loosens it from the base as it's so flimsy. Ive removed the rim and it's made the litter tray slightly bigger, for some reason I'm getting less litter on the floor.

I like the design of the tray but it makes a pop when the cat stands in it and that's off putting.

Narrower, lower and more flimsy than expected, useful only as a backup tray.

I have bought the 56cm litter tray for our 5.5 kg cat; it seems to be too narrow for him to turn around. He sits head towards the high edge and digs the other way so the bathroom is full of litter. We used to have the big oval tray but I can't find it anymore.

I have 2 litter trays and the covered one wins out. The cats still make a mess with this one unfortunately, it's useable and easy to clean but hoped it would keep litter in tray a bit better.
