Not happy this is missing

Visually very nice, but very small (more suitable for kittens rather than adult cats), smells bad (even after multiple cleanings). Conclusion: The cats no longer use it.

This litter tray has 2 very serious design flaws & if you are for whatever reason buying it DO NOT use the lid! The lid comes in 2 parts & bends if you cat sits on it creating a small gap. My 8 month old kitten managed to get his tail trapped & stripped the tail to the bone. My husband is at the vet right now & I just got a call. He is going to have to under go surgery to have part of his tail amputated! 2nd Safety issue is the magnets which hold the lid down fall off - a choking hazard

These are the best litter boxes I have bought. My cats loved them from the off. I have an arthritic cat who used to have ‘accidents’ regularly but not with these. I have even recommended them to friends. However, and it’s a big HOWEVER, you cannot get the replacement liners unless you are prepared to pay £60 in postage! What is the point in selling a litter box on Zooplus if you cannot get the liners to go with it? Waste of money!!

The litter box is great but I have found the liners are impossible to buy in the uk. I have contacted zooplus and they do not have a binding shipping date from the manufacturer. Don’t waste your money buying this box unless you can buy at some extra liners.

I bought this toilet because my cat is a stand-up pee-er. Unfortunately, I could have saved myself the trouble of buying this expensive item. My cat still manages to spread her urine onto the surrounding walls and furniture, as it leaks out through the gap in the roof of the toilet and the holes in the roof. It also ends up under the "practical" insert, which is therefore useless. I'm at my wit's end.

We were using this now for 6 months. Looks great, really clever design, cats loved it but the issue is the tarp - you simply cannot find it anywhere any longer and without it this item is simply unusable.

I ordered the toilet based on the many very good reviews and was actually impressed by the workmanship, but there’s a big HOWEVER: If you’re blessed with tall stand-up pee-ers, the urine shoots through the gap between the toilet and the lid and decorates everything behind it. On top of that, the film doesn’t sit flush, so whatever doesn’t shoot through the gap flows along behind the film. I don’t have to worry much about the litter now, but I do have to scrub the wall.

Unfortunately, I can't write down all my negative opinions about this cat litter box here, as there's only a limited number of characters available. In any case, I'd be better off with a simple box with a lid on it, where you cut a hole. The corners in such a box are just as difficult to clean as they are in this loo!!! The insert is only practical if you're disposing of all the litter, whether it's necessary or not!
