I received this item this morning. I removed it from the packaging only to cut my hand on a sharp and roughly finished plastic edge. Secondly, I noticed one of the plastic flimsy catches was already broken....not a great start!!! Finally, I assembled the litter box (broken catch and sliced hand aside) only to discover that the cat flap can only open in to the litter tray because the whole item is warped, which means, any cat entering the tray would be trapped. A very disappointing experience.

This box is a good idea but the construction is exceptionally flimsy - it arrived with one of the flaps snapped off already and another one has broken since. It is only a matter of time before the last one breaks!

I used this litter box for 2 weeks before I decided to change it, the litter somehow goes everywhere and the flap doesn’t close properly and leaves a gap hence how it gets messy. Apart from this it’s a nice litter box but personally wouldn’t waste my money

This product looks good on paper but has a major flaw: the doors are not great. The first one I got already had a broken door. The second one broke while I was cleaning it. The third one, my cat broke it while coming out (he’s only 3 months old and doesn’t even weigh 2 kg). I had to buy replacement doors on the Savic website... 3 doors for the tidy sum of about €40. This litter box is the scam of the century!!
