​​​​​​​Tigerino Crystals Cat Litter Colourful – Sensitive (Unscented)

The litter itself did a good job but the mess it causes is a pain. The cats can fling it for miles so you end up with grainy, sandy floors all over the house.

Been buying this for ages to use in my automatic litter tray, as the fine grains work really well with it. I’m not sure if the product has changed slightly but it is now awful. After 3/4 days the litter stinks and just mushes together. Cleaning the tray out is a nightmare now as it sticks to the bottom in a big mushy clump.

Its performance is fine, but this product is very messy. The grains are much finer than regular Tigerino crystals—more like sand. My cat kicks it absolutely everywhere and the grains stick to his feet, so they are tracked all over the house. Because the product is so heavily dyed, this can cause staining if the grains get wet. My bad for not reading the description properly, I suppose!

Curious to understand why these have increased in price from £15 for 3 to £20 in less than a year? What is the justification for this for a very small bag of litter. If you change it every week (which you need to) that's over £1000 a year on cat litter for one cat tray. The litter itself is good, soft on paws and not too smelly, but honestly I just cannot justify this price any longer. Its a 33% price hike which is well above inflation too.

Looked lovely and cite very sort snd lightweight. The mess was terrible looked like kids had been playing with glitter, had litter mat but ended up sll over the house. Ended up mixing it with my clumping litter which I.prefer to non clumping, and I must admit it looks rather cool, white with pink or blue glitter. .

Yes it works and absorbs just like the other Tigerino crystals, all of which I have previously bought. However, there seems to be a product shortage at the moment so the only Tigerino crystals available in January were these pink ones. I bought 6 bags and wish I hadn't. This lot is nothing like the Aloe, Lavender etc ones. It's like playsand. Imagine sticking your toddler in it, then let them run through your living room. You get the idea. Don't buy unless you enjoy hoovering 6 times a day

For several years I used this litter and found it economical, easy to keep clean and free of odour. Then for ages it was unavailable. When it came back on to the site I was delighted and have since bought many bags of it but I am now moving on to something else because the formula has changed and it now does not last as well, becomes smelly very quickly and is just unpleasant for my cats. I have no idea why what was once the very best litter in my opinion has now become one of the worst.

I ordered some of these as the regular crystals I usually order were out of stock due to the pandemic. Never again! They're so small they get EVERYWHERE! My cat has a hooded litter tray but I was still finding pink crystals all over the house. I noticed on two occasions that my cat had something stuck in her eye...when I took a closer look it was these litter crystals stuck in the corner of her eye and on the waterline of her eye too. Please check your cats eyes after using them!

I've been using it for years too. There's a lot of dust, it's suffocating if you stand over it, the furniture gets covered in dust, and it also leaves a mossy smell now, which it never used to. I'm also thinking about switching to something else... the bags tear at the slightest touch.

We've been using these cat litter pellets for years. Never had any issues with smells or anything like that until recently. The quality has really gone downhill. The pellets no longer keep the odours at bay. We're going to look for another product.

The product absorbs urine well at first. But the longer it stays in the litter box, the dustier it gets. Really unpleasant. Not for us.

I'm still trying to figure out which litter is best for my two little ones. This one is really not good at all—it ends up all over the flat and everything is very poor quality and mushy.

The litter looks nice and, since we don’t use it that often, it’s managed to keep the urine smell at bay so far. But it’s incredibly dusty. There’s no way you can pour it in indoors, and I wouldn’t recommend it for enclosed litter boxes. We got on better with other silica litter.

The litter is very light and has a funky colour, but that’s about the only good thing… The litter is EXTREMELY dusty, worse than any I’ve ever used, and after a very short time it already smells of cat waste. The grains are very small, get stuck in their paws and end up being spread everywhere. I do vacuum every day, but with this litter that’s just not enough… I won’t be buying it again.

The advantage is that the litter is very light. The downside is that after 1-2 uses it smells strongly of urine. I cleaned everything last night, and this morning it already smells again.

I used this product for years, but now they've changed the texture to a more airy consistency instead of granular, and it caused an allergy in my cat.

I’ve been using this litter for my two cats for a long time, but this time I was disappointed because it just didn’t perform like it used to, or maybe I got a bad batch. Not even a week had passed before I had to change it because it started giving off a strong smell.

The litter absorbs the urine, but still lets the smell out! The biggest problem, though, is that my cats’ white paws turn pink, and you can’t really say how much this colour might affect their health!!!!
