it really stinks. ive 2 boys, and used a varity of litters, i love the llitter itself,lightweight but it smells bad.

I find the litter perfectly fine although it is dusty ,I jst wait till I've cleaned out the tray & put the lid back on top then pour it in , sometimes I have noticed it doesn't mask the urine but that's not everytime she uses it , I just shake it a bit to let it mix for a second then scoop it it out , I think all cat litter gives off an odour as I've used a few but still find catsan Hygenic to be best can be messy but worth buying a litter catching matt

I do get a little bit of dust when holding the bag too high when filling the tray, but thats only when the bags not very full. Can leave it for over a week before having to change it. we do get bits of litter on the floor but thats cats for you !

Regular catsan was ok for us, but Hygiene...it is a nightmare. Fluid go straight to the bottom, stay there and stinks. No absorption at all. Changed to clumping and discover new level of xlean life with a litter tray.

My cat loves this litter and it was a really good price (2 bags of 20L for 19.99. Went to reorder and its now 2 bags of 18L for same price. If you want this stuff go to Pets at home its cheaper believe it or not!

Rather messy. And it doesn't control smells as much as you need it to

this catsan litter is very good especially if you have fussy cats like mine. i have multiple litter boxes as one of my cats likes hooded boxes and the other doesnt!!! i bought a pet food scoop to use to put the litter into the tray as it gets dusty if you pour it into the litter box. the scoop prevents this. i have used all kinds of litter and all different brands and my cats prefer this one. its good value for money too. supermarkets are still selling the 20l bags instead of the 18!!!

This used to be the best cat litter for me but lately has a lot of powder and it doesn't absorb urine or trap odours like it used to before. And now you get 18L for the price of 20L. Not good :( something must have changed to go this bad.

I don't understand why people say it smells, I changed the tray every morning never had any bad smell.. Put kitchen roll on the bottom of the tray and just slides perfectly into disposal bag

Been using this for years, re-ordered without thinking and disappointed to find pack has shrunk 10% but price hasn’t! May have to look elsewhere

I see that the economy packs are now 18 litres not 20 which means you get 10% less for the same price. I didn't notice this until my most recent delivery. Very sneaky and can now buy cheaper elsewhere. Won't be buying again.

Good litter at a good price but be aware the package size has been reduced to 18L instead of 20L however the price has not been reduced to compensate.

I find this the best of available cat litters, I currently have 2 x 13 week old kittens and I empty my litter boxes of solid matter everytime I notice they have been used and that way this lasts several days with no significant odour. I use this if one of my adult boys need to be kept in for any reason. I don't understand the bad reviews but hey ho each to their own

Catsan is a good litter use it all the time but for the last two times my order from Zooplus has been damaged wrote to them but no reply so be careful

Great value, cheaper than buying from other places and lasts a very long time

I buy Catsan Hygienic cat litter, 40 litres, every couple of wks, as I have 3 cats, it is the best option.

It really is dusty. I need to take a deep breath before pouring it in. And it doesn't mask the smell of urine, I want to change it daily...

While the litter is cheap, I found I was having to use more of it and it was causing dust clouds however gently I put it in the tray. I would avoid due to the risk of inhaling dust.
