I’ve used this brand for years, and I just changed the litter to find urine collecting as a puddle under the litter. I just read another review and they said they’ve changed the product. Well that all makes sense. It used to be very good before. I’m looking for something new. Recommendations welcome. I used a sawdust environmentally friendly litter a few years back. It was expensive but was amazing didn’t have to gang it for a month

My parcel came and inside the box was poorly packaged, cat litter was spilling out the box when it was sealed and when I opened it, the cat litter was everywhere.

Bad quality. Don’t keep smelling

It doesn't clump and my cat has started to pee outside the litter tray.

I've used this for 15years and won't be purchasing again! Formula has been changed, after one day the hooded litter tray reaks of urine filling the room with this stench despite filling tray to the required level and thoroughly cleaning dirty one. Oh Catsan what have you done, I won't be buying this again and will sell the unopened one I have.

I bought this one to try as an alternative, but unlike with Catsan clumping litter, the whole room stinks of cat urine with this litter! It doesn't absorb any of the smell, and because it's not clumping I can't easily remove the used litter and leave the rest of the unused litter. Definitely wouldn't buy it again.

I thought catsan was supposed to absorb I changed cat litter yesterday and after being used a couple of times by my cat the room stinks of urine catsan used to be very good but recently its as bad as the cheaper cat litters

This makes your whole home smell. The litter needs changing a lot as it always looks and smells bad when used (smells awful) Dusty and messy even with a top loading litter box. Urine sticks to the bottom of the litter box. Nothing at all good to say about this litter

Our boy tried a few different litters before finding the one That’s good enough. Unfortunately this one is the worst out of all. Not smell absorbing, very dusty and the whole litter needed changing after one use because it smellt and looked dirty - even after trying to clean it/get rid of the “bits”. I think we used it about a week That’s How long the big bag of litter lasted. I’m sorry this wasn’t a win for us

Just don't bother. Stinks and all the pee goes to the bottom as stated in other reviews. Really dusty which is really bad and just generally pointless product.

Absolutely the worst. Wee sticks to the bottom, sticks to paws and it’s very hard so not gentle on paws at all, my kitten tracks it all over the house too, especially the poop. Not even mentioning if they ever have diarrhea, you need to be there 24/7 because of this litter. Basically doesn’t tick any boxes, the wee doesn’t smell but poop does, you need to scoop it every single time she does it, compared to others where you can do it at the end of the day. Nightmare.

it really stinks. ive 2 boys, and used a varity of litters, i love the llitter itself,lightweight but it smells bad.

Regular catsan was ok for us, but Hygiene...it is a nightmare. Fluid go straight to the bottom, stay there and stinks. No absorption at all. Changed to clumping and discover new level of xlean life with a litter tray.

Catsan is a good litter use it all the time but for the last two times my order from Zooplus has been damaged wrote to them but no reply so be careful

While the litter is cheap, I found I was having to use more of it and it was causing dust clouds however gently I put it in the tray. I would avoid due to the risk of inhaling dust.

I had to buy some of this from the supermarket as our delivery is delayed. I have never come across such a horrid car litrer. It seems to make the smell of car urine worse somehow and the dust from it is awful. I wish I'd bought the supermarkets cheap stuff instead.

Was given this litter by someone who had lost their cat. Never again, it stunk, it wasnt absorbant, and it was extremely dusty. Must be one of the worse litters I have ever used

Didn’t like it. As others mentioned it’s dusty and doesn’t mask any odours. Poor experience, glad I read other reviews so I know it’s not just me. Will look at other brands.

Extremely dusty. My cats refused to use it, and I don't blame them. The dust it gives off was terrible, I could feel it in my nose and mouth just being near it. Doesn't clump and waste of money
