Well
I bought the pellets for my animals and decided to give them a try.
Conclusion:
My mice love them.
My budgies are thrilled—I always fill half of the cage floor with sand and the other half with pellets, and they love rummaging around in them.
I wasn’t as impressed with my rabbits, though. As mentioned, the pellets break apart and are hard to clean out of the cage...
I’d buy them again for my mice and budgies, but not for my rabbits.

Unbeatable
So, after quite a while searching for the PERFECT bedding for my rabbits, I’ve noticed that I always tend to go back to Cat's Best Universal because, so far, it’s simply been the best product of them all (no clumping, no smell, and very economical). I think I’ve found THE perfect bedding for our needs. That said, I’ll still keep trying out other types, but for emergencies, I always have a bag of Cat's Best Universal at home.

Well-suited for cats
I have two cats that now use this litter. It doesn’t clump, but it also doesn’t smell (even with underfloor heating!). The litter can stay in for a week, after which a complete change should take place. A huge advantage compared to other types is the fact that it doesn’t get scattered around the flat, as the pellets are so large that they don’t stick to the cats’ paws. My two furry friends are happy, and so is my nose...

Cat litter
Cats's Best Universal is the best litter, I've been using it for about 8 years now and wouldn't want any other. I currently have 3 indoor cats, and they're all happy with it.

Not a cat litter
This litter is useless for cats. It does not clump at all is dark in colour so very hard to see what kittens have done and as we all know kittens don't always cover what they do so it gets trodden on and walked everywhere. When it gets wet it turn to dust and the smell is unreal. Is one of the worst litters I have ever bought and was a complete waste of money, YN is better and that is saying a lot.

Very good
It's a great bedding, but very heavy.

Lumpy and bad
The cat litter looks like pellets. In terms of consistency, it's far too large. Unfortunately, it clumps very poorly. The pellets tend to crumble instead. It's really difficult to remove it from the litter box with the scoop because the litter becomes so crumbly that everything falls through the scoop. Only the intact pellets stay on the scoop, meaning a lot of unused litter gets thrown away.
It doesn't smell and doesn't scatter much around the flat. However, I would recommend it more for small animals, as their cages usually need to be completely cleaned. As cat litter, it's rather unsuitable.

Not suitable for cats
The litter looks like wood pellets for heating and is very heavy. It doesn’t clump; instead, the pellets disintegrate when they get wet. This means the urine quickly ends up spread all over the litter box unintentionally. Even mixing it with clumping litter doesn’t work, as the clumps that would normally form just fall apart. Conclusion: A waste of money, time, and patience.

Using Cat's Best Universal for Guinea Pigs
Cat's Best Universal
Pure plant fibre pellets, well-suited for rodents and birds.
Natural odour control, good absorbency.
Everything checks out – we "humans and guinea pigs" are very satisfied and can recommend the product.

Quite alright
Hello,
after hesitating for a long time due to the mixed reviews, I finally decided to order this bedding, and I can't find anything negative about it. It's perfectly suitable for my two rabbits, though the price seems a bit high to me. That's why I'm only giving four stars.

Not suitable for cats
I thought it would be a cheaper and cleaner alternative to the regular Cats Best. But you have to clean up much more than before, as the clumps don’t stick together and are hardly removable. Really annoying.

Unfortunately unsuitable
Got it for the corner toilet of my rats... they do use it nicely... but the pellets can crumble, and what’s left is wood dust that flies around the cage everywhere... even when it gets damp, the pellets disintegrate... unfortunately, for me, it was an absolute waste of money.

25% dusty sediment
Collected experiences with Cat's Best over the past 3 months:
As seems to be the case with all Cat's Best litters nowadays, the wood litter also contains about a quarter of the 40-litre bag in the form of dust and residue.
This manufacturer will only understand when customers stop buying.

Very good
My cockatiels love playing with it. Highly recommended. However, bird sand must be provided in a separate bowl.

Not so great for rats...
Hello!
I find this bedding completely unsuitable for MY rats. They only pee on the upper levels, but they do their business on the bedding, which makes no sense to keep using it. The droppings end up in the unused bedding, and when cleaning, I have to throw everything away *feeling annoyed*.
Best regards

Not suitable for my purposes
I wanted to try CatsBest because of the good reviews and planned to use it for my rabbit. CatsBest didn’t really work for me. Unfortunately, my Sunny doesn’t have a fixed spot for peeing, so it was time-consuming to remove his droppings. I switched to regular clumping cat litter instead. In my opinion, it’s the best option for both cat litter trays and rabbit hutches, as you can sift everything out quickly and cleanly. That way, there’s no more smell either.

Top bedding, even for cats
We've tested many types of cat litter and ended up sticking with this wood litter. It doesn't smell and is very economical. I can only recommend it to everyone. Top product, 5 stars!
