Doesn’t Clump at All - Very Disappointing
A complete disappointment. It doesn’t absorb urine at all, and every time I try to clean it, it just crumbles like dust. This makes the rest of the litter unhygienic. It was so frustrating that I ended up throwing the rest of the bag away. I would not recommend this at all — it’s a terrible litter and doesn’t clump properly on urine.

Terrible smell after 2 weeks - Sand everywhere
Given the great reviews I thought I try it out.
Great for climbing, huge "rolls", but very find sand everywhere, just aweful.
After a couple of weeks litter started smelling. I take out poops and pee as soon as its done!
Not to waste a whole bag I now have to add scent dust.
I shall go back to "a litter bit of that" although expensive it is well worth the investment and clumps can be toilet flushed.
Not good for multi cat household.
I only bought this as my usual litter has been out of stock for ages
Very disappointing! Quite dusty, only clumps if the urine has been left a while to absorb and after 2 days I could smell urine in the house and the box needed changing. Not good!

Best cat litter I've tried
I've been using this litter for years. It clumps well, has no strong smell and only ever so slightly dusts. It is very fine and scatters easily, but I gladly put up with it because it clumps so well.
Very happy with this product and definitely recommend it!

I ordered this product when I could't get the Tigerino litter that I usually bought but this is a better product and my cat is really comfortable with it.

Top of All Clumping Litters
I have used clumping litter for 15 years now and gone through a few different 'favourites'. Now we only use BioKat. I don't know why BioKats doesn't have an overall 5 star rating because we find it awesome.
It clumps much quicker than other brands I've tried. If you fill your litter box nice and deep then the pee hardly ever gets to the bottom - makes it super easy to scoop out. It is also the best odour suppressant.
Highly recommended.

Not dust free
Bought especially as it claimed to be dust free but this latest batch is VERY dusty and made my poor cat cough and wretch. Have had to buy a different make. May have just been a one off but couldn’t risk using the other bag and discarded half of the first one. A big waste.

Clumping cat litter is the only way to go: it's easy to clean up the litter tray, odour-free, saves money because you only throw away what's been used, no need for tray liners.
Biokat's micro cat litter is the best clumping cat litter I've used.

The one I keep going back to... Almost perfect!
My cat, even tho he is 3 years old now, probably because he is indoor, still prefers this micro litter.
- Over time I have learned that it does not last the advertised 60 days unless your litter box is open, or else it'll smell past 15-20 days.
- You need to have it 2-3 inches deep (a bit more than other clays) so it become muddy in the bottom.
- Wait 15-20m for it to lump up.
- there is dust at the bottom of the bag, dispose of it.
- Works REALLY well with the Active Pearls.

Very dusty
Have used many litters, biokats, golden grey, tigerino etc, came back to biokats as its cheaper, virtually dust free 🤔 mine gives off huge clouds of dust, when raking it over you can see a grey cloud rising up from the tray, anything in the room, my pc keyboard has grey dust over it, lift up the food mats you can see the grey dust all around them it's awful, filling up is even worse you can wipe the dust off the blind slats in the window, will have to go back to another litter.

Doesn't mask odour
I usually use tigerino baby powder but thought I'd try this as tigerino is getting expensive. Well I wish I hadn't. Gave litter boxes a good clean yesterday and today all I can smell is cat urine. It doesn't mask the smell. Definitely a no from me!

Not suitable for my cat & sticks to tray
I have to say, for my cat this little really wasn't good. She kicks it a lot, and it goes absolutely everywhere. It does clump like it says, but it also sticks like cement to the litter tray so trying to get it off is a mission itself. I would have given it less stars but it might be perfect for a cat who doesn't pee much and doesn't kick littler everywhere so trying to be positive!

Just Great.
I wouldn't use anything else now, just fantastic. It doesn't stick to the bottom of the tray and it clumps perfectly, what more could I want from a cat litter.

New go to litter
This ones absolutely been the best so far, super easy to clean and keeps the stinky smells away. Clumbs can crumble a bit sometimes but I always have a smallgrid scoop on hand for that.

Stank!
What a smell! I've been using this product for a while now and have bought it from different places. Normally, I was satisfied, but while using it with the Litter Robot (so pee and poo are removed as soon as possible), it already starts to smell like urine after a short time. I'm extremely disappointed and now have 3 big bags at home. But honestly, this is just not doable at all.

Disappointed with the litter
Based on the description and the buyers' reviews, I thought I'd finally found a litter with good value for money... what a disappointment... As soon as it gets a bit wet, the liquid spreads out and hardens, making a heavy lump that's really hard to scrape off the tray.
Nothing like the description, and after just 15 days I've already used up the 14kg bag!!! That's a far cry from the 83 days they claimed, and I don't think my cat uses the litter more than any other cat!!!

Suddenly the dust is unbearable
Is it just me, or has the litter suddenly become really dusty and unpleasant? I’ve already had to switch several times within the brand—from Micro White Fresh to White Dream, then to Micro Classic—just because the better types were no longer available. Long-proven cat litter
We have years of experience with this cat litter and I haven’t found a better one yet. It’s fine, clumps well, and is easy to clean—as long as you’re not dealing with completely fresh clumps. Sometimes there’s a bit of a smell, especially after it’s been used for a while, so when I scoop daily, I do a full litter change and clean the tray about once every two weeks. Update to my previous review
Yesterday I refilled 4 litter boxes, 2 mixed with pine litter, 2 with pure Biokat.
The urine clumps aren’t as solid as before, they fall apart and dirty the clean litter.
The dust is also much worse, I’m annoyed that I placed another order yesterday.
But for the cats, switching to pine litter is now easier.
What’s going on? Why has the litter that was so good for years become so bad? Is it because of the mining? A new location? That’s what I assume.

None of it applies
I’ve tried quite a few types of litter because most of them have disappointed me. But this product is definitely in the top 2 worst.
- The whole bathroom is covered in a layer of dust
- When cleaning, I have to turn my face away because the dust is so intense
- Clumps fall apart when cleaning
- Smells by the second day
- All three cats smell like sand (both long-haired and short-haired)
- The smell spreads through half the flat unless the bathroom window is open all the time.
