I and my cats are satisfied with the litter, but the scent isn’t very pleasant. I previously used Classic and quickly switched back to Classic. The cats also prefer using the toilet when Classic is in it.

Unfortunately, the lovely baby powder scent has been fading too quickly for some time now, or it’s no longer as intense as it used to be.

For years, I've only been buying this bedding and even managed to convince my daughter with her two cats to use it...

I have 3 cats: 1 kitten and 2 seniors. For us, this is the best litter. Clumps well, excellent odour control! Great value for money. No other litter can compete with it! And we've tried plenty. The comparison product from Tigerino is good but too dusty and also more expensive. We're sticking with Biokats. As a supplement, we use the charcoal granules in case there's ever a smell. But that rarely happens, if at all, and only shortly before a complete litter change.

Smells very good when poured in, but doesn't really absorb odours well and quickly starts to smell chemical.

I can highly recommend this cat litter. It doesn’t smell unpleasant at all – thanks to the light baby powder scent – and lasts for a month. The cats take to it well. I’d never buy another one again...

After we were no longer completely satisfied with the old litter, we just wanted to try a different one again. Unfortunately, we were bitterly disappointed. The "clumps" fall apart immediately when you try to remove them. They just crumble! The smell became unbearable after a week. Our two cats didn’t even want to go near the litter box anymore.

We tried this as we had originally used the natural catsan product and it was great at clumping & oder control, but it was going to be quite costly so after looking at the reviews we tried this one. The cats seem to like it, it covers the smell, clumps well. Tracks a little but we don't notice it as much as the wood pellets. I brought 2 packs and after two weeks we still have half a pack left. We clean the wees & poos daily and will now be doing a full refresh every 2 weeks. Thumbs up from us!

My cat has asthma and I have to have the litter box in my bedroom. This is the best litter I have ever bought and it keeps smells away. My cat likes it as well!

It’s odd to be so excited about cat litter but this stuff is great. It smells lovely, keeps the odours at bay, clumps nicely and clumps are easy to remove. Sometimes it gets stuck to the litter tray but it’s because of the amount of pee my cat produces. It seems to last as well. I used tigero silica litter but it got more expensive so I gave biokat a try. Both litters are great and both have their unique properties but at least biokat isn’t a LEGO when I step on some pieces :)

Who doesn’t know the feeling... after a while, you find yourself searching for a new cat litter because the one you’ve been using has somehow changed. Based on the previously good reviews, I decided to try Biokats. Shortly after switching the litter, my tomcat used it and experienced severe breathing difficulties. I immediately threw it straight into the bin! Such a shame, but that’s absolutely unacceptable.

The litter smells like baby powder, but the scent fades quickly. A positive point is that the litter binds odours well. However, the clumps fall apart so badly and it just sticks to the floor like soggy cement... It’s not dust-free, less dust formation compared to others, but still not completely low-dust.

We’ve been using this litter for many years for our four cats and have always been very satisfied! It’s very odour-absorbing and low in dust. Unfortunately, the urine clumps have been falling apart for some time now—it seems the composition of the litter has changed. Such a shame! I really wish the firm, non-crumbling clump quality would return!

Clumps optimally, only kicks up a bit of dust when freshly poured into the toilet, the baby powder scent lasts very long and is absolutely pleasant.

For about half a year now, the clumps have been soft and crumble apart. However, the odour control is still very good. It would be great if the quality regarding clump formation could improve again.

We've been using this litter for a week now and are very satisfied so far. It controls odours just as the manufacturer promised, and it smells pleasant. Even if you happen to stand right in front of it when the tomcat does his business, you smell NOTHING! It also seems to have been well received by my little indoor tigers. They accepted it without any issues.

I’ve been using this litter practically since day one. Over the past 20 years, I’ve tried various clumping litters. None of them managed to convince me in the long run. Either the odour control got worse or the clumping effect did. I originally received this litter as a product tester and was immediately impressed. The only thing I have to criticise is that, over time, the litter becomes increasingly dusty. This isn’t good for sensitive furry friends or for allergy sufferers. Hence, I’m deducting 1 point.

It’s really dusty, it just smells unpleasant and overpowering, and the clumps just fall apart.

Clumps nicely, smells pleasant, does create a bit of dust when putting it into the litter box, and my cat accepts it really well. The price is great. I only buy this now.
