This flap lets the rain in everytime it pours in We have to have towels under it I am dreading the winter. Always used staywell in the past but recently had double glazing units and the flap is cut into the glass panel it is rubbish massive puddles of rainwater flood my kitchen each time it rains !!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, this cat flap isn't very durable. With the first flap, my tomcat broke off the locks, and with the second one, he smashed the entire pane.

The flap itself unfortunately only lasted 4 weeks before one of the brackets broke off. Plastic glue doesn’t work on this material!! (It’s winter, and there’s a draught coming through the flap – with or without the door.) I’ve been sitting at my computer for hours trying to find a replacement flap somewhere!

Fitted this cat flap and within 48 hours my found my cats had managed to get out by furiously clawing and pushing at the clips, one kindly gave me a demonstration - so its back to opening and closing the door.

Installed three days ago. On the second day, my tigers had already torn off the lock from the inside (plastic broken), and this morning two of them escaped through the flap that was locked from the outside. They lifted it from the inside and then squeezed through underneath.
