I'm pretty sure the description is wrong as the clip is on the smaller end so goes around the neck. Having had a big cat on medication here for a few weeks who has never warn a harness, it took a while for him to get used to it. Now, if he really wants to go out, he purrs when I put it on. If he just wants to looks around then he'll take one look at it and go back to bed. The best thing is that he thinks he can't jump with it on, so I can now let him out in it without needing the lead.
