Trixie Tilted Ceramic Bowl

We bought it 3 years ago and the bowls are still in excellent condition.

I thought I would try one, having read the reviews about fragility & chipping. I found the item sturdy and well designed with the curved bowl. Easy to handwash after every meal. Although mine has chipped on the base, I shall buy another as I think it helps my elderly cat to feed easily.

We have switched to these for our three cats, easier for them to eat from and being raised are better for their digestion. Great quality and good value for money. We hand wash ours and no damage after a couple of months…

I honestly don't know what people are doing with their bowls but I have had mine for nearly twelve months and not a chip or crack! They are not lightweight, very sturdy, and wash really well. My cats love them too!

I have 5 elderly cats and use 10 of these per day. Have had mine for a couple of years and only one has a chip where I dropped it in the sink. I have been a lab tech for 30 plus years and do a lot of washing up of glassware. I have absolutely no idea how you people are chipping and cracking these bowls unless, of course you are stacking them, or filling the sink with China/ dropping them. I wash these by hand and in the dishwasher, absolutely no problem. Cats get a clean one for every meal

I bought 3 of these dishes and the littlest knock whilst washing it chips it. Not good as they are nice dishes which is a shame. Won't be buying again

I should have read the reviews before ordering. It's very fragile, despite being packed with bubble wrap in a box inside my order box, it still arrived broken and unusable. I would not order again, and I'd advise you to skip this one.

Bought these bowls to replace some plastic ones that were also scratched quite badly. These a made from ceramic and are very well made. Items arrived well packaged so had no concerns about chips etc. Our cat loves them!

Excellent product , tilted ceramic cat bowl. One chipped one fine. Submitted a rerun last week but no reply. Due to low cost not worth , further waste of time or petrol cost to return. Annoying

Bought 3 of these, had no problems at all with chipping etc, as others have mentioned. I don't use a dishwasher so they are hand-wash, quite pleased with these and I have noticed a change in my cats digestion.

These are great for my cats, they make less mess when they ear. But they chip so easily. I have already replaced one lot, but do not feel inclined to buy them again. It doesn't matter how careful I am they still chip.

I Have had two of these for about 4 months and no cracks or chips! They are great for the cats, they can sit and relax to eat now.

Don’t bother.

A perfect sized, ceramic, angled cat bowl. Very good for the price. I would recommend.

I read the reviews before trying these bowls so I am extremely careful when washing them but sadly one of them has still suffered two chips to the rim. I absolutely love the design however and the cats are comfortable eating from them slightly raised from floor level. It would be great if you could source a supply of more resilient dishes with this shape. I'm tempted to buy a replacement for my chipped one but will watch to see if it comes up for reward points since I'm sure it will chip easily.

Good idea to have raised bowls but as other reviews have stated, they chip and crack ridiculously easily. Disappointing.

Such a shame the functionality it’s perfect! But damaged literally after the first wash even when handled with care. Look for something more durable…

The design is faultless and a great idea. However, the material used is cheap and chips incredibly quickly. Really disappointing.

Compared to the green bowls that chip straight away, this is like night and day – the ceramic is top quality and the cats love eating from it, plus the food doesn’t spill out as much.

I had already bought several bowls and my cats weren't 100% comfortable. Now they have space for their whiskers and eat much better.

It's really cute, not too big and very practical. The size and design fit perfectly, so I'll definitely order another one. 😊

After just two hand washes, chips appeared.

I expected a bit more for my old cat, but he throws his kibble out of it. I think it's just a bit too slanted, but overall it's okay.

I’ve just bought another little bowl so our cat can eat both dry and wet food from it. It’s easy to clean, the cat doesn’t have to bend down to the floor, and it doesn’t bother her whiskers. Our cat is on the smaller side, so the bowl is big enough for the amount of dry and wet food she eats.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed. After only four or five uses, the rim of the ceramic bowl has already completely chipped off. That really shouldn't happen with a product that's meant for everyday use. I actually wanted to make a complaint about the bowl, but I haven't got around to it yet. Sadly, the quality doesn't convince me at all. I can't recommend this ceramic bowl.

I agree with the others. The ceramic chips and flakes easily, which completely goes against the idea of good hygiene. Otherwise, it has a good shape and height. But I’ll have to buy a different one.

I'm ordering a second one because the first got chipped – my husband dropped it in the sink while washing up. It's impossible for the ceramic not to chip after something like that, but that's no reason to say the product is poor quality. I mash food in this bowl with a fork for my 19-year-old cat, crush tablets in it, and nothing happens to it. It's easier for my kitty to eat, and she has no trouble finishing her food, unlike with, for example, metal bowls. I recommend it.

Comfortable for cats, but they chipped very quickly. Not much food fits in, but that's actually good for their diet.

We bought 6 bowls for our three cats. The bowls are a great height and very easy to use. But the quality is poor. After using them three times and washing them carefully by hand, the glaze chipped off three of the bowls.
