Trixie Tilted Ceramic Bowl

The angle and size is great. But sadly, even with very careful handling and hand washing the bowl chipped within weeks.

The design of the bowl is good and seems better for my cat and her digestion. Unfortunately, my bowl arrived with an uneven base and it kept rocking while my cat was eating! Zooplus were very good to respond to me and send out a replacement, which has so far lasted for about a year with no scratches.

My cat is elderly so the design of this bowl is perfect for her to feed without any strain. However, although we have several of them and are careful when hand-washing them, they chip too easily at the slightest contact with anything; therefore binning them when they have a few chips because of hygiene. The firing or quality of the ceramic is very poor compared to other cat ceramic bowls. I think Zooplus should have the production of the bowls brought up to standard.

Excellent product , tilted ceramic cat bowl. One chipped one fine. Submitted a rerun last week but no reply. Due to low cost not worth , further waste of time or petrol cost to return. Annoying

I read the reviews before trying these bowls so I am extremely careful when washing them but sadly one of them has still suffered two chips to the rim. I absolutely love the design however and the cats are comfortable eating from them slightly raised from floor level. It would be great if you could source a supply of more resilient dishes with this shape. I'm tempted to buy a replacement for my chipped one but will watch to see if it comes up for reward points since I'm sure it will chip easily.

I have been using raised cat bowls for many years, since I found out that they aid the digestion and prevent sickness in cats. These are particularly good with the angle and height. However as others have said, they chip very easily. Mine are in and out of the dishwasher daily and they wash very well, but the slightest knock and bits chip off. Hope they improve this aspect soon!

I expected a bit more for my old cat, but he throws his kibble out of it. I think it's just a bit too slanted, but overall it's okay.

I am very disappointed with the quality of this ceramic bowl; it's chipped around the edges.

Comfortable for cats, but they chipped very quickly. Not much food fits in, but that's actually good for their diet.
