Catit PIXI Blue Drinking Fountain

The pump stops regularly, even though I clean it with vinegar on a regular basis. It's such a shame, this fountain is beautiful and my cat drinks more from it when it's working!

Mediocre. The pump stopped working after just a few months! This product seems very faulty! Please refund me.

Until now, Pixi filters prevented algae from forming in the fountain, whereas filters from other brands did allow it. With my latest purchase, algae starts to appear after the fountain has been in use for just a week. The colour of the filters has also darkened quickly; before, it would only change after several weeks when it was time to replace it. I think the quality has gone down.

I bought this product twice in a row because my cat loves it... but here's the problem: both times, the pump broke after just 2 months! After a while, I really start to question the reliability of this product...

Very poor quality product and bad value for money. The pump keeps breaking down all the time, even though we maintain it properly and follow the instructions provided. While we were away for the weekend, our cat went two days without water, even though he has kidney problems. He could have died. Don’t trust this product!!!
