Took 6 days to arrive. Came with 2 pin plug so had to use plug off my old one. Other than that it’s ok. My last one lasted a year and 7 months - the cable inside was exposing the wire. Hope this one lasts.

The filter also catches cat hairs that sometimes fall into the fountain while they're drinking.

We've had it for about 6 months now and clean it once a week. It runs reliably. Our outdoor cats like to drink from it every now and then, especially now during the hot days. Cleaning would be a bit easier if the cable/pump could be detached (more) easily. The cable could also be a few centimetres longer; for us, it's just barely long enough. We also bought a 'motion sensor socket' so it doesn't run all the time. Good value for money.

Nice design Silent operation. Cons: - I was a bit surprised by the size - The blue light that stays on all the time while the device is working, I don't think it can be turned off

I bought this product twice in a row because my cat loves it... but here's the problem: both times, the pump broke after just 2 months! After a while, I really start to question the reliability of this product...

I didn’t expect it to be this quiet, the fountain looks really nice, my cats seem to like it and I’m already thinking about getting a second one.

Very poor quality product and bad value for money. The pump keeps breaking down all the time, even though we maintain it properly and follow the instructions provided. While we were away for the weekend, our cat went two days without water, even though he has kidney problems. He could have died. Don’t trust this product!!!

The fountain is awesome. Our cat is really picky... but he loves the fountain ;) He drinks much more water than from a regular bowl. The fountain is very quiet.

After some initial scepticism, our two British Shorthairs started using the fountain after about three weeks, and now both of them drink from it regularly. You just need a bit of patience. The fountain itself isn’t too big, but it’s perfectly adequate for our two sweeties. Cleaning is very easy and so far everything is working great. It’s very quiet and the pump has been working perfectly up to now. For a small flat like ours, this fountain is perfect because it doesn’t take up much space.

My old fountain lasted 10 years with the same pump, also bought here! I hope this new model will do just as well. It looks nice and is quiet. But I have no idea how to adjust the flow rate??? If anyone can help, thank you!

I’ve used several water fountains for pets before, but up until now I was always quickly disappointed—whether it was the quality, the amount of water, or getting hold of filters and spare parts. Assembling the different parts of this fountain was completely straightforward. It’s very easy to clean by hand and the pump runs almost silently. My cat and dog both started drinking from it straight away without any issues. I can absolutely recommend this product!

I got a bit of a fright when the pump started acting up... Got some advice at the pet shop... Left it overnight in water and vinegar... Good as new now... Even with Brita water, remember to descale before buying a new pump. It’s a small motor so it gets clogged up really quickly!
