Similar to another reviewer, despite following all the installation & cleaning instructions the motor was way too weak, so water only trickled out onto one of the pools. With the flower head attachment no water came out of the top as expected.

Although the motor powered on (via a plug cable, which wasn't clear from the description or box packaging) it didn't even make a ripple on the water, let alone push it through the fountain so the product didn't work at all. Zooplus were brilliant in issuing a refund very quickly
