Poor quality, broke after just one use
Super poor quality, the hooks were so tightly wedged in the very small, carelessly packed parcel that they were completely bent and snapped immediately—you’d need a degree to deal with that. So they’re useless to us. Zooplus offered no compensation; I’ve been a customer since Zooplus started and never complained, only when a bag was delivered incorrectly. So I’m really disappointed with the customer service. I advise against buying this—better to pay a bit more and at least know you’re getting quality. What a waste of money.
