Unreliable batches
Unfortunately there's an unreliable producer of this brand of food. Sometimes we order it (from here or Bitiba, (Zooplus partner stockists)), and the cats love it - other times the cat won't go near it. The code on tins that the cats avoid are all DE03452000213. We can put two bowls out and the food from whoever is putting that code on the tins will go untouched. It's so unfortunate because it's literally the only food our cat likes.

My cat no longer eats it
My cat no longer eats his food, She may eat it the first time I open can but not always. I have to mix it with a different food or sometimes sprinkle a bit of treat stick over the top.
Getting through the last two trays of tins before choosing a different food.
She used to love it and I was happy it was higher quality food at a low price.

My cats loved it with first delivery so I ordered more and then all of the sudden it caused diarrhoea and tenderness in bellies as well as awful gas. Not sure if it was bad batch? Expensive mistake tbh

Quality varies between tins
My cats like the meat but won’t eat the white fat that is at the bottom of the tins. The first pack i bought only had small amounts of white fat so i bought 48 tins, but the quality of these is terrible. Some of the 200gm tins have as much as 2 tablespoons of this underneath the meat, so i’m discarding about a quarter.

my boys LOVE this food
great quality food, my boys cant wait to eat it. no problems with bony bits as others have mentioned bu maybe that due to my boys are Maine Coons so less of an issue.i would recommended
The smell is overwhelming and bad
I tried this product as zooplus no longer doing schesir food. One of my cats has a sensitive stomach, but is fine on wet food normally. Both cats ate this food without hesitation. When opening the tins- the stench was over powering! To the point that I now open the tins and feed the cats outside. The cat with the sensitive stomach does throw this food up periodically.
Sadly the smell is so bad that I can’t keep feeding, can’t imagine feeding during winter when I have to feed indoors
Information
Just some info for other cat owners - this has bits of bone and cartilage in it, large enough that one hollow bit got stuck around my cat's tongue. She was taken to the vet and luckily she was fine, but had to be sedated to have it taken out. The food itself is good quality but take those bits out as they can be a choking hazard.

My cat in not a fan
Ive looked into the ingredients before buying and everything has seemed great never thought my cat is one to be fussy but she wont even touch this which im really upset about ive tried her with every flavour and it is still a big no for her! £20 down the drain unfortunately

Not for my cat
I did a proper research before buying it and it seemed to be a good quality and value. It looks good and natural and it’s got all the nutrients. But my cat just won’t eat it, she only tries it and decides to starve and wait for different food. I don’t get why people leave 1 star for pets food unless it’s below standard just because their pet don’t like it. Some people don’t like olives, my cat doesn’t like this food but it doesn’t mean both foods are bad :)

My cat loves this!
My 12 year old cat is not a fussy eater but she's not particularly enthusiastic either. I regularly try mixed samples of different food to see how she goes and she makes more fuss over this than any other wet food I have tried. I find the food itself appears very solid with no obvious excess sauce or gravy bulking out the weight. She also likes Bozita but I find that some varieties have an awful lot of jelly in them. I tend now to alternate between the two and recommend both

Happy cat
My fat greedy cat loves this food. The only downside is that he is spending extra time staring longingly at his food bowl. Solid high meat product, no liquid.
Not recommended
I don’t recommend that food. My cat had a seriously diarrhoea. My cat ate this 2 weeks and everyday had big diarrhoea and I don’t know why. When I gave him his previous food everything back to normal. Inside this food was strange white balls which look like grease or mould. I really don’t recommended this food!!!

Good food for fussy kitties
I have 3 cats who are all fussy eaters,I bought this food for them and they absolutely love it so much they all lick their bowls clean

A great option
I have only tried the beef and cod flavour for my cat who’s allergic to poultry. No issues whatsoever, he licks the bowl clean every time!!

Both our cats tried this food: it made one of them throw up, and the other only ate some of it, reluctantly. They then flat out refused to try it again. We had bought loads of cans, which Zooplus was so kind to refund.
Cats love the taste but it gave 1 of them diarrhoea
We have 2 cats, both of which love the taste of the Beef, Chicken & Duck Hearts- however it gave one of our cats diarrhoea for weeks, I assume because of the high offal content. Be careful

Changed recipe for some flavours
We were also satisfied with this brand, but since they changed the design and the recipe, our tomcat refuses some flavours. When comparing older batches of the beef, cod and parsley flavour, we found that they started adding chicken meat to the new ones, which wasn’t there before.

My three cats won’t even touch the tins now, so I end up throwing each one out every day. The smell has changed a lot too.

We spent a long time looking for pet food that’s good quality but wouldn’t break the bank. If you care about the ingredients, Animonda is specifically focused on wet food—the tins contain only meat, no fillers. At first, we tried several flavours, but in the end, this one suited us best and we’ve been ordering it ever since. The only thing is, our tomcat refuses to eat the 400g tins, only these 200g ones. I’m not sure if there’s any difference in the ingredients.

Mixed experience and lots of grease
My Maine Coon ate quite a bit of this one time, but barely touched it the next, so I ended up throwing it away.
If a can wasn’t finished in one go, I kept it in the fridge. Because the fat solidified, I could clearly see how much was left. The whole bottom was covered.
