I bought this food for my 15 year old kitty with kidney disease. She seemed initially interested, but after a couple days no longer wanted to eat it. I tried Mixed pack as well as Chicken and Beef flavours. Unfortunately she didn't like any of them.

Insistence is nice and wet and doesn’t smell too bad, but most importantly my very elderly 21 year old cat loves it and she is very fussy and only eats pate, however… as per other reviews there are often these really hard lumps in there sometimes very small and sometimes huge which I have to remove. Also recently we ran out of stock and had to try a different brand, beapher I tried and she liked it as well although it’s a lot drier than integra,

My cat will only eat the Animonda Integra brand of renal food. She might change her mind if she had to prepare it. For some reason small chunks of potato are included (to make up the volume?) and these have to be removed before I give her the food otherwise she baulks and leaves it. Also there are often large inedible lumps of hard meat and gristle which also have to be removed. On one occasion there were only 69 grams of food left (of the 100 grams in a foil) to offer her.

My cat loved the turkey pate which was a relief after trying every renal food on the market. But our latest box doesn't look or smell right. Either it's not properly prepared or stored, or they have changed the recipe. If it's been changed I wish that they would not do this 😭 has anyone else found this change?

Like a few other users I thought I was on to a winner. My 16 year old fusscat loved the duck one, Yes!!! Finally a food he likes. But no. It is the only flavour you can't but separately. To be honest, the rest of the flavours looked pretty grim with gristle and various partly recognisable stringy bits that I fished out.

Please please just have a box full of duck! My cat absolutely loved it! Unfortunately I found out my cat is allergic to beef/veal and didn't like the chicken or turkey flavours It's very frustrating trying to find kidney food your cat finds tasty, so when you've finally found one, its very disheartening to find it can't be bought by itself in one box...
