I have ordered this product a few times and every time at least 15-20 pouches of cat food have been exploded and had to be wasted. Not worth buying to have to waste half a box.

Bought 120 and both cats who are not usually fussy will not eat this such a waste

I usually buy cat food from supermarkets however I saw this was on offer so made the purchase. My cats have been eating Felix as good as it gets for years with no issues. A few days after eating this my senior cat developed a serious bout of diarrhea and my younger cat would only eat a few mouthfuls. Ordered these 2 weeks ago The boxes at the time of delivery looked okay no damage so they were put in the pet food cupboard I wish I had opened them and checked all the pouches After sitting for 2 weeks the contents have slowly leaked through the box leaving a rancid mess all 60 binned for obvious reasons the other boxes ordered at the same time have all now been checked, thankfully they are okay not such a good deal after throwing out a box of 60 pouches.

Well I have ordered from here often, but the last 2 months of purchasing, a few packets not sealed properly gone mouldy and smelt. This wasn't just one or two packets at least 40+,I see other people's reviews have the same problem, will not be buying again

Cat normally is fine with eating this exact brand from store, but the pack from zooplus she just straight up refuses to touch. Waste of money.

As well as having multiple pouches leaking I’ve noticed theses multiple packs are meant for other countries such as Poland and Russia, these always seem to make bith my Ragdoll’s very sick, yet when I buy a standard pack from the supermarket with a GB production code they’re fine. Have to say Zooplus have been excellent in sorting out issues with leaking pouches and refunds .
