Product description

Spacious cage for hamsters, dwarf hamsters and mice, with high floor tray, promotes natural digging behavior, incl. cage equipment made of untreated wood, with carrying handles, grid spacing: 7 mm

The Skyline Barney Cage is ideal for the smallest of pets, such as hamsters, mice and dwarf hamsters, thanks to the small grid spacing. A high bottom tray, which should be filled with a thick layer of litter, promotes the natural digging behavior of these small rodents and also keeps the environment clean.

The large door on the top and the 2 side doors allow light access to your animals and all corners of the cage. The equipment includes a platform, a ladder and a wooden house as well as a plastic running wheel. As the wooden elements are made of natural plywood and birch wood, gnawing on them is harmless. Cleaning the cage is child's play by removing the fastening clips from the base tray.

Great cage

This cage provides great space in length and depth. I originally owned the Barney 80cm old version. Now I am delighted with the bigger size and the large lid on th top make sit easier to access the cage.

Fantastic hamster cage

This is a great, large Hamster cage that more than meets the 100cm x 50cm minimum cage size in the Uk. The base holds about 17cm of substrate and because it has narrow, 7mm bar spacing, the bedding doesn't fall out - so you can have 20cm or deeper bedding. The bar spacing is good for dwarf hamsters as well. However, with deeper bedding, this cage is more suited to Dwarf hamsters maybe as it's only 46cm. It could be suitable for a Syrian hamster as well with a deep bedding end.
