First wet dog food my Whippet eats!
My dog had to go on this because of bowel inflammation. I was sad because she has only eaten other brands as long as I added roast chicken, and the vet said I couldn’t anymore. However, she wolfed it down and licked her bowl clean. So thankful!

Vet recommended
We were recommended this by our vet, it’s egg based which is why it’s quite dry. Whilst it might not look very appetising it did the job and cleared our dogs horrendous skin up, the trick is to be consistent and stick with it, also we had to change all our dogs treats so we eliminated all our possible contaminants. Turns out our dog has a wheat allergy. We complimented this with the derm care dry biscuits and the hypoallergenic dog treats (along with celery because my dog goes mad for celery!).

Life saver
This wet food was a God send when my dog was recuperating after surgery. I will always keep some tins in the house for times of illness. Just a shame it's SO EXPENSIVE!!!! :-(

My dog has arthritis and hip dysplasia.
On the recommendation of my vet, I came across this food. My dog is very picky when it comes to food... switching to this one was no problem. She loves it! My dog has severe hip dysplasia and arthritis. She gets dry food from Royal Canin Mobility Support. After about 28 days of switching her food, I’m noticing the first improvements in her gait.

Helps
The list of ingredients sounds awful, but it helps with diarrhoea and that's the most important thing. The dog likes it too.

Helps with colitis!
Our dog constantly had mushy, soft stools with lots of white mucus! Cooking ourselves and trying many other types of dog food didn’t help. Our vet recommended this food, and everything is back to normal. The consistency of these food tins is very mushy, and she gets the matching dry food alongside it. Everything is eaten with great enthusiasm!

Very good tolerability!
Our dog is a bit overweight but also has a sensitive stomach; he tolerated the food really well and even slimmed down :)

Great result
Our Bonny is absolutely thrilled with Hill's PRESCRIPTION DIET Metabolic. It has a lovely fresh scent and is very well tolerated. Her weight has gone down, and even her coat is shiny again and feels soft! Truly an excellent dog food.

Superb and tasty food
The smell is very pleasant, and combined with the dry food, it has helped my dog lose 3 kilos. No more bloating. We will definitely continue, as he can still shed a few more pounds. The food is also suitable for maintaining his weight afterwards.

My dog loves it
The wet food is the highlight for my dog. She tolerates it just as well as the dry food, but you can hardly keep up with how quickly she devours it. Thanks to the food, her figure has visibly improved, and she has lost weight. She’s got much more energy than before and is noticeably more agile and fitter. In summary, we love it.

Great wet food for weight control
Hill's Prescription Diet Metabolic wet food has helped my dog Flischka reduce her excess weight, making her more agile and fitter. For the first time in ages, she’s even started jumping again and is sleeping through the night more often. Highly recommended!

Labrador, 8 years young, 3.5 kg lighter
The product is highly recommended. Our Labrador female tolerated it excellently. There was no allergic reaction to any of the ingredients in the food. As far as I can tell (a Lab always has an appetite!), she has enjoyed it immensely to this day. After comparing her weight measurements from the start of feeding Hills Prescription Diet METABOLIC, our dog lost weight from 35.5 kg to 32 kg over a period of about 8 weeks, with the trend continuing downward. Her feeling of hunger is almost unchanged compared to other dog foods. However, the effect is absolutely noticeable on the scales! The vet advises continuing the feeding in the same way until the desired weight of around 30 kg is reached. We’re definitely sticking with it. Since then, our dog has become significantly more agile and now enthusiastically enjoys her walks again. From our perspective, this food is a clear recommendation to buy!!!

Easy to digest
My dog really enjoyed the food, though unfortunately, she has to go number two more often because of it. But that just shows it's doing its job – she's already a bit lighter on the scales. The food still lasts us plenty!

My dog loves it
The food was gladly eaten right from the start. Since we started feeding her this food, she only gets the recommended daily amount for her weight. You can already see a difference. She has actually lost weight and is a bit more agile again. I will continue feeding it.
