Poochonlicious
Our Poochon absolutely loved this food, as did our two Visla's whenever they managed to get their paws on some. I had to add a little bit to their bowls as they stopped eating their usual food out of protest. The dry food and the tin food both have a strong meaty smell which enticed the dogs, piece size was ok. We received the food as a free trial from the Home Tester Club. Mo our Poochon is a little over weight, i tried to follow the guidelines on the bag, he lost 1/2 kilo over the trial.

Our Poochon absolutely loved this food, as did our two Visla's whenever they managed to get their paws on some, a food frenzy broke out if any dropped on the floor whilst weighing. We received the food as a free trial from the Home Tester Club. Mo our Poochon is a little over weight, i tried to follow the guidelines on the bag and over the trial period Mo lost just over 1/2 a kilo in weight, I would say he did seem lots hungrier than he normally was though, he did keep returning to his bowl.

My dog hated it.
When the food arrived for me to feed it to my dog, I was very excited as I know that Hills Science Plan food is extremely good quality. My dog, however had different ideas! I started introducing it to her by adding a little into her regular qet food. She would sniff and walk away. I tried every tactic known to man to get her to try it… Nope! She sniffed her food and walked away. After about 4 weeks, all she had to eat was her dry food. If her wet food contained the Science Plan, she refused it.

Works, does what it says
The biscuits are quite big for a small dog. My 5.5kg Lhatese they were fine for but my 2kg chipoo they were a bit too big for. They both really liked the wet food. My Lhatese struggles will her weight due to been a scraps hover from the kids but I do feel this has helped.

Was skeptical but Maggie seemed to really enjoy this food from the off. After a short while I noticed that her poo was firmer and less smelly and she seemed to have more energy.
I can now notice a slight difference in the size of her at the end of the trial although we haven't yet been back to the vet to check her weight. I received this product for free as part of a Home Tester Club product test.

My dog had been put on a diet by my vet. This is just the thing she needed. She has a long way to go as she needs to lose 4kg. When I weighed the food for the first time it really didn’t look like enough but I did as instructed. My dog doesn’t seem hungry with the portion recommended. Her bowel movements have changed as well as her starting to lose her weight.

Fantastic
My dog is half Lab and he’s starting to get on a bit now with him being 6. When he stands up after lying for a while his joints had started to click. He’s been on the Hill’s prescription diet Metabolic + Mobility Weight Management J/D for around 4 weeks now and honestly his joints are saying thank you and he doesn’t seem to be clicking half as much! He’s also lost just over 1kg too! I did receive this as a #freesample from Home Tester Club but hasn’t influenced my review, I really am impressed!

Perfect size
When i first opened the product there wasnt an over powering smell that you get with other foods. My dogs took to it straight away and the food is the perfect size for them to eat. Was fine on their tummy's. It has helped manage their weight and kept them full. Will definitely continue to use I received this product for free as part of a Home Tester Club product test.

My dog absolutely loves this food. Since starting her on it I have noticed she has more energy which is great as she is 11. She doesn’t seem as stiff with her joints. My dog is sometimes a fussy eater but she was keen to try these dry food.I slowly introduced her to them.Ensuring she had plenty fresh water available.After a few days she was keen to eat the dry food instead of her usual kind.Over 4 weeks she has definitely lost some weight and has more energy and a healthy looking coat.It takes time for a dog to accept a change of food but is worth it in the end.

Good for my chubby doggo

Does what it says on the tin!
Great tasting, dog enjoyed it very much, eating it all in one go! After a month of use there was a noticeable decrease in size and, after suffering with joint issues, she was definitely more mobile and energetic and no limping! Diet dog food by Hill’s
Great food for my golden Labrador. My vet recommended it. Small kibble with a unique blend of fibre to keep her feeling full. My dog loves to eat the lamb and rice flavour together with Hills prescription flavoured chicken wet food in a tin. Her meals are split to morning and evening. She looks healthy in her older years and keeping the weight off provides her with more energy and excited for outings.
