These Biodegradable Dog Poop Bags are practical and environmentally friendly. What’s more, they are odour-free and made from maize starch. This renewable material is biodegradable and complies with European guidelines on compostable materials (EN13432). These rolls are suitable for all standard poop bag dispensers. The bags are easily separated thanks to the perforated lines indicated by arrows between each bag. 

These opaque poop bags will help you to clean up after your dog in an uncomplicated and safe way. Simply put the bag over your hand as you would with a glove, then you can hygienically clean up your dog’s waste and turn the bag inside out and tie it closed. Both the internal tubes and the packaging are made from recyclable cardboard. These bags offer nature-lovers a great way to be environmentally conscious and to ensure cleanliness while out on a walk.

Why the low rating?

These bags are great. We've ordered them continuously for the past 3 years and I never u deratand why they only have a 3 star rating. They're thick, not too big and have never failed. I hope Zooplus continues to stock them.

Not opaque

The bags are okay. I have small dogs that make small piles, so it's not too bad that the bags aren't very thick. They tear off easily. However, they are absolutely not opaque at all. You can see the dog poo quite clearly through them, and that's honestly a bit gross. I also don't understand why the description repeatedly and in bold claims they are opaque. That is simply not true.

The best poo bags I've used

I'm really happy with these and my husband is too. They're environmentally friendly and a lot thicker and sturdier than other biodegradable / compostable bags.

Great bags

These are the best bags I have used. They are a good size for my large dog, sturdy, good thickness and colour - I've found other biodegradable bags to be transparent but these are perfect. I can't imagine the splitting as other reviews have mentioned. Maybe there was a bad batch? I've ordered loads so I'll update if it ever happens to me.

Solid and thick quality

I ordered the bags for the first time because we have four dogs and I want to avoid using plastic. I found them pleasantly thick and very sturdy. I can’t understand the current reviews; maybe I received a delivery from an old batch. I wanted to order a big pack, but due to the reviews, I’d rather stick to just the weekend pack.

Keep splitting

Waste of money

Every bag I have used has split either on opening or on used. The first one on each roll is usually no good due to the sticker. I had 2 boxes so I've tried many ways to take them off without damage to the bag and rarely succeed. I will never get these again as its very unpleasant when they break when picking up. I've tried a grab thing and that rips Every one (corners) I've used a cat litter scoop with more success and I've used the bags over my hand and that's truly unpleasant when it breaks

Also good cat litter bags

I use the bags when cleaning the cat litter boxes. They've actually never torn, even though the clumping litter isn't exactly soft. I wanted to test several batches first before writing a review here, as the ratings don't look too great. I'm satisfied. I bought them so they would lock in the smell and I wouldn't have to keep running outside to the bin.

Very good quality!

I cannot confirm the many negative reviews regarding tear resistance and the poor separability of individual bags from the roll based on my experience. I only had one single bag in an entire pack that wasn’t properly sealed at the bottom. Even a bag that accidentally went through the wash in a trouser pocket was still usable afterwards. The size of the bags is perfectly adequate for the waste of a medium-sized dog.
