This cat & dog cooling mat will keep your pet cool, even in the hottest weather. It is foldable, can be wiped clean and is available in two different sizes for small and medium sized dogs

It’s not always easy to keep your pet cool when the temperatures rise. The Keep Cool Mat will help to keep your pet’s temperature down on hot summer days. Just place the mat somewhere cool and get your cat or dog to sit on it - there is no need to cool or freeze it in advance. The temperature of the Keep Cool Dog Cooling Mat will start to drop and will regulate your pet’s body temperature.

The cooling mat comes with a small white cat and dog motif. It is particularly suited to be placed in your dog or cat’s bed or it can be used as a soft cushion on a hard surface.
This pet cooling pad is perfect on hot summer days and will help your dog or cat to feel comfortable during the sunny season. It folds down into a space-saving size so you can take it with you when you and your pet are on the road. Use it in the car, in cafes or wherever it is needed.

The Keep Cool Mat is easy to clean – simply wipe the surface with a damp cloth and a neutral cleaning agent.

too easily punctured

Both mats leaked within a couple of weeks and my wo dogs are not nibblers and have short claws too. Both mats now disposed of as all attempts to stop leaks failed. Not usual standard from Zooplus

Not for kittens

Bought two of these to keep my 8 month old kittens cool, they were only used while the kittens were supervised so they did not play with them but both mats were punctured within hours. Unfortunately a complete waste of money for me, but they might be better for dogs if their claws aren't as sharp.

Ripped very quickly

Such a great size and seems to keep cool but within two weeks of my GSD using it there were three separate tears in it. I've been taping over them but I've never had one that has been damaged so easily so I would not recommend this one.

Very Old Stock or Very Poor Packing

I get the impression that this is very old stock, it comes folded into 3, stuck together with sticky label, that label is seems to have once been white, but has yellowed where the 'glue' has penetrated the sticker. Also when you take the sticker off to open up the mat, you are left with a VERY sticky mess. After hours of cleaning with products like WD40, you can just about get rid of the sticky mess, but it still leaves a stain. Otherwise its seems a good product, seems to stay cool pretty well

I don't recommend that to cat owner. My cat like to bite and scratch her new item and sadly we have got a lot of little holes that the liquid can comes up after just a few minutes of using.

Dog loves it

For hot summer days it's perfect. Dog definitely appreciates it. Only used it a few times and it has worked well, hopefully it will last.

It took Tom a few days of cajoling but he finally worked it out and hasn't been off it since. It's a paws up from him.

Not suitable for cats

The material is too fragile to be used with my cats as they like to stretch their paws when they rest. The water leaked all over the carpet and now they're put off by it. Might be ok if you're able to trim your cats' nails constantly, otherwise I wouldn't recommend it.

Great product, not so great packaging.

The product works as expected and is a personal favourite for my Cat, Luna. The only downside was the packaging. Unfortunately they use an extremely sticky tape to tape it together which not only took 20 minutes to clean off, it also stained the product.

Good Idea But No Good For Any Animal With Claws!

Had this item less than a week and then became rubbish. As stated, good idea as long as the species using it has no claws. It is better suited for humans than animals. Why would you produce an item that comprises a gel and liquid, then cover it in a plastic covering that is almost likely to be ripped by sharp objects. Maybe if the manufacturer had put some thought into the materials used to construct this product it would be great i.e reinforced plastic. Total waste of money. Avoid at all costs!

Not that cool

Bought this a few months ago but with this warmer weather have just tried it. Not sure if I have one that doesn’t work or if I am not doing something right but it is definitely not cool. Have taken out of my car as my three spaniels are cooler without it!

Buy this only if your cat can float

I have had this item for less than a week and it already has many leaks! If your cat could levitate onto it so it’s paws didn’t touch it it would be very good. Will be chucking this item in the bin. Not suitable for cats that have to step on it due to their claws.

Great idea but needs attention.

Cats loved cool mat, but it dosent love cats claws! Checked it today and it has 6 holes in it . Not a happy shopper! Does someone test these products before u sell them ?

No good for claws!

Bite and chew proof...but not scratch proof. My young cat loved this but it only lasted a day with her claws as the material is quite thin. Know it says to use supervised but impossible to be there all the time! Disappointed as would have been great otherwise

cat hasn't been near it yet - but brilliant

Purchased after a difficult car journey with an overheated cat. Froglet, suspicious of anything new apart from boxes, hasn't been near this yet, but I tried it to see how it works - has done an amazing job of keeping me cool at night through the heatwave. I will let her try it next time we go away in the car; on purchasing I was concerned it was a lot bigger than her carry box, but it folds in half, so that's fine.
