Tasty calorie controlled food
Betty is a mine sweeper, finishing off any food Elsie or Morris leave behind therefore she’s got a bit chunky! All attempts at getting her weight under control have failed so now she’s on this and luckily she loves it!

Blood tests now within normal range!
My cat was diagnosed with kidney disease in November 2024 with exceptionally high markers on her blood tests. This food was recommended by the vet and we started her on it immediately. It's now March 2025 - 4 months on- and recent blood tests have shown she is now back in the normal range!
She doesn't like it as much as her old food, but she does eat it and she has put on weight. Highly recommend.

Very happy
Think my cat has some sort of allergy and ended up with a bacteria in her tummy which caused her to have loose and watery stools for months the vet mentioned this and it seems to be working her stools are firming up and will have to put all cats on it now as there food makes her poorly so all cats will be eating this soon so glad it’s working

Very good
My kitten was having loose poos every time she ate, I tried lots of different brands but nothing worked. My vet recommended me Hills and from the very first time she had it, she has never had a runny poo since and she has been on this food for a good while now. I highly recommend.

No complaints.
Due to our cat having a urinary tract infection, we have been using this brand for over 7 years. She loves it and enjoys breakfast and dinner. The have a wide range of dry and wet food in different flavours.

I am in rescue. If kept on this with no other food it really clears the runny poo up in no time and all cats like it . Excellent food and recommended by my vet

Hill's Prescription Diet Feline k/d Kidney Care - Chicken (dry food)
About six months ago I left a good review for Royal Canin Renal biscuits. These have indeed done a great job at improving my cat's kidney function. However, he's always had very soft stools on this diet, and a threshold was crossed recently in terms of what was reasonable and manageable. So we switched a couple of weeks ago to Hills k/d Kidney Care. He absolutely loves these and wolfs them down, and the stools are a healthy consistency. Hopefully they will be as good for his kidneys!

Helped my cat's stools
My boy has chronic diarrhoea and urinary crystals. He needed to switch from RC Gastrointestinal to address the crystals. He couldn't tolerate Hills's C/D urinary care (gave him the runs) so the vet suggested this instead. Within 24 hours his stools firmed. Time will tell if it helps dissolve some of his crystals too. Also cheaper than RC. V happy :)

Brilliant
My cat been on this for possibly 2 or 3 months I started noticing the weight loss by 28 days. I'm happy to say her breathing is much better now thanks to the vets recommending this food!!

Kitty loves this
She is not on prescription diet but her tummy reacts weirdly to dry food. However, she really likes it, poor thing, so I was searching for alternatives. Found this, tried it, first reaction was as usual but after a week of small portions it all stabilised and she is enjoying this food at lunch time. Breakfast & dinner normal wet food, not digestive. This works wonders for her. She knows her schedule and is asking for dry food around 12 - so cute!

Cat on renal diet loves it
Trying to keep our cats diet varied and with biscuits he likes now he had early kidney disease was hard, but after reading others positive reviews I decided to give this a go and can confirm my cat loves them!

Struvite stones gone!
My boy suffered badly with crystals and had 2 blockages that almost ended his life. I was hesitant to buy this food because of the price, but after the vet bills reached almost £2000 and other types of food didn’t help him, I gave hills a try. He’s doing amazing now almost 8 months since the last blockage and we don’t have any issues! My other cat likes this food as well and is good for preventative means. It is pricey but so worth it, not going back to other types of food.

Really likes
Was very unsure that my 10 year old Bella would like the dry product after it been recommended by her vet. She divours it and looks for more. She's had a bad water infection caused by being a little bit on the heavy side, so I hope it does the job. She seems happier.

Hill's prescription i/d
This food saved the life of my precious Maine Coon cat.
He became unable to tolerate his previous food so the vet recommended Hill's i/d. He took to it immediately and the problem was solved.

Impressive, no loose stools or pancreatic flare ups so far!
I have one cat with a sensitive stomach and one cat that has pancreatic flares ups. I have used the Hills ID dry and wet for years which has been excellent. My cat with the pancreatic flare ups had 3 episodes in 2023 so the vet advised changing his food. I saw the Hills Biome dry and wet so I thought lets try it as both cats love Hills. I am happy so far. No runny stools or pancreatic flare ups. It is early days but so far so good.

Good product
One of my poor boys had calcium oxalate stones and just had surgery on them this week. The vet recommended this food and he loves it! Just hope it prevents the stones from reoccurring!

Hill’s Prescription Diet Feline Gastrointestinal Biome Digestive/Fibre Care
My cat was previously on a Gastrointestinal food due to being diagnosed with IBD. They clearly changed their ingredients and she had awful loose stools.
I read about Hills and tried it. The food instantly stopped the diarrhoea and she now has solid stools. She seems to love it too! Thank you!
