Product description

10 natural, dried silver vine or matatabi sticks for cats, with particularly invigorating effects that encourage your cat to play and lead an active lifestyle, as well as promoting dental care.
For hundreds of years, silver vine sticks have been used in Asia to increase cats’ heart rates. And now they have come to Europe!
These Aumüller Silver Vine Cat Sticks, also known as matatabi, belong to the kiwi tree family and originate from Asia, predominantly in China and Japan. These natural, dried Aumüller Silver Vine Cat Sticks have a real effect on your cat, animating it to play and encouraging an active lifestyle. When the outer layer of the stick is broken through chewing or scratching, the effect is increased. These Aumüller Silver Vine Cat Sticks are not only a great toy for your cat but can also encourage dental care.
An Asian highlight with three uses: playing, nibbling and dental care all in one!

Aumüller Silver Vine Cat Sticks at a glance:
  • 10 natural cat sticks made from silver vine/matatabi
  • From the silver vine/matatabi plant: belongs to the kiwi tree family and is predominantly from China and Japan
  • Particular effect on cats: encourages long-term entertainment
  • Three uses: for playing, chewing and dental care
  • No harmful side effects
  • Material: 100% natural, unpeeled silver vine
  • Total dimensions of a stick: approx. diameter 0.5 x (L) 12cm
  • Contents: 10 sticks, 25g
Please note:
Some cats respond particularly intensively to the effects of silver vine. We recommend only giving these sticks to your cat in your presence, and watching to see how your cat reacts. No toy is completely indestructible. As with any other product, please supervise your pet with this toy. Check the product regularly for damage, and replace the toy if it is damaged or missing any pieces to avoid potential injury to your pet.

These Silver Vine cat sticks have certainly won over some feline fans! Many cats are obsessed, chewing and playing with them endlessly. However, not every kitty is impressed, with some showing little interest. Despite this, the sticks are a hit for their affordability and fun factor. Even dogs want to join in the fun! Overall, they seem to be a playful addition to the toy box, with a few picky paws not quite convinced.

Happy cat

My cat liked them and I am happy with anything that help with dental hygiene.

Not interested 😒

We have 2 cats, both of them sniffed and ignored them despite my efforts. 4 other local cats pop round occasionally, and they sniffed and walked away. So sad 😞 Never mind. I'm donating the new ones to a local cat and rabbit rescue charity. All the cats absolutely love silvervine powder.

Excellent treat

My cats really like them, especially the one with the bad teeth, so I'm hoping they will be helpful for him.

Fab

My cats love and even my dog wants in in the action

Excellent!!

My cats love these and act so cute when they have them. Even my dog wants some action

Happy Cat

The Bear was a very happy cat, he dose like vine sticks, and these seemed to hit the spot, as some don't .

Very good for money, however kitten isn’t interested

Bought these as something to test out and although they’re great for the price my kitten isn’t interested lol. No worries because they’re so cheap!!

Dental stick

My kitten loves those stick. Good for cleaning teeth .

My Ragdoll goes 'nutty' for these!

I was sceptical when I purchased this product and only did so for the cheap price however it very quickly became my cats favourite thing to play with! She has chewed off so many layers to these sticks and goes crazy very time she remembers about them. My other two weren't too fussed in the beginning but now even they are going crazy for them - my older boy who doesn't play much anymore and my Ragdolls litter mate! Would recommend this product!

Fun for a moment

Cats, right? They batted these about for a few minutes and walked away. Nothing wrong with the product, just picky cats 😸

I just have more cleaning to do.

My cats only play with it and scatter all the crumbs around the flat.

Good value for money

5 months later and my cats are still obsessed with them. They love to chew them and they are long lasting.

Silver Vine Cat Sticks

Silver Vine cat sticks are too thin and too short for my blind tomcat. He can't hold them properly because of this. But they're probably great for small, young cats.

Old

Cat won't touch it

Great choice

Highly recommend

Actually brilliant

My cat generally loves these sticks. However, they're so thin that he just eats them whole. If they were thicker, he wouldn't be able to bite through and eat them, which would improve the teeth-cleaning effect and make the pack last longer.

Mega :)

My cat loves it. Plus, it strengthens our bond when we play with it. And if it also helps care for her teeth – brilliant!!

Nice idea, unfortunately uninteresting

The owner thinks the chew sticks are really cool, but unfortunately, the cats aren't interested in them.

Beloved little sticks

My cats love the sticks. Sure, the bark gets chewed off and you end up with a bit of mess in the house, but it's totally worth it for the fun. An absolute classic that never gets boring for the two of them.
