Valerian is the ideal alternative to catnip. The Mouse Valeri sends out a strong valerian scent which is simply irresistible for your cat. She'll just keep playing, playing, playing, you'll see...
The toy mouse is filled with organic spelt grown in Germany and premium valerian of pharmacy quality, also grown in Germany.
The natural, roughly cut valerian root inside the cushion will be rubbed during play by the coarse spelt. As your cat shakes and moved the toy, the spelt works like a grater and just keeps that scent coming. For extra-long animating smell!

Stinks like sweaty feet but sends my cat wild
Although this little toy stinks like some ones sweaty festering feet, apparently his lordship quite enjoys the smell and he gets really animated around it, bunny kicking, rolling around with it and even sleeping with it happily. Sadly the first one ended up in the washing machine and it lost its stink so this is my 2nd purchase along with other aumuller toys

Stinky mouse
We call ours stinky mouse, because wow it stinks!! But one of my cats loved it! Now that smell has diminished he has been abandoned so will need to get a new one..

Any catnim wasnt work on her but this one she play few min and then was so calm..Shw love it! Fact is a bit smelly but not that much.

Bad quality
Broken in 2 uses. My cat loves to bite it and the fabric is too thin so it broke in 2 days. Doesn’t worth to buy.

Love at first bite!
It’s true, it does stink, but my cat loves it. He’s got numerous toys, but this became his favourite instantly. I am glad I didn’t read the reviews, as I am sure the smell would’ve put me off, but I would definitely recommend this toy if your cat likes catnip.

I bought 3 of these one each for each of my Maine Coons plus Norwegian.
Billy the Norwegian stole all 3 and laid on the floor biting all 3. The next time I looked he was laid on his back with his paws up in the air. He was salivating totally high and helpless. He is 9 years old our new kitten watched confused.
They smell terribly but if the cats like them so what!

Wow
Well received order this evening and have to my 4 month old kitten, he snatched it up and all of a sudden thought he was some kind of wild cat?!! Hissing and growling at anyone who went near him? Drew blood from my 8 year old daughter!! He was like a completely different cat?I had to wrestle it off him and I've put it in the bin, as I also have 1 yr old child and can't risk it. He has another mouse with catnip and loves it but we can take it and play with him... is this normal I'm so confused!!

Remains in packet
As others mentioned, very smelly and due to this my cats were jnitially interested and had a good sniff but then reverted to being uninterested. I also think it's a little too big for them to really consider playing with it.

An instant hit
Much bigger than i'd expected so very good value. My older cat loves this and the 3 little cats and filled pillows ive bought too.
Went in my bedroom before to find he'd tucked his head between this mouse and a little pillow to sleep, which was very cute. My kitten seems to prefer catnip, but this was an instant hit with him as he's never really been one for soft toys before, so was lovely to watch him playing. Hopefully he'll be bringing less live mice in now lol

Product has declined in quality
I bought a second mouse after my cat decided to drop her first in her water bowl where it remained overnight. The second one is much lighter and weaker smelling than the first one was (which was a really pungent smell, but attracted my cat for sure). She's not very interested in it at all.
I can only assume costs have been cut and this isn't as good a quality product now - a shame because it's hard to find things my cat (not into catnip) likes.

OMG my cats love this mouse toy! They went crazy for it. Yes, it does smell a little but the for the pleasure it gives my cats, it's worth it.

Kitten loves it
Has a very strong smell that may be a little unpleasant for humans but kitten loves it. Comes in a ziplock bag so you can put it away and it will keep the scent.
