Where’s the catnip?
My kittens had absolutely no interest in this whatsoever. So it can’t have had much catnip taste.

Not interested
My cats have loads of toys that they enjoy playing with. But this toy is the only toy that they were not interested in. So I had to revert to tying the mouse tail to cord and they’d chase it this way. Otherwise, this toy looks great and appealing to humans, but to my handful of cats… nah. Boring. Toy - did you say?! I would not recommend this mouse even though it looks good to us.

Not very smelly and the tail fell off
Not a very strong catnip smell and my cats are indifferent about it. The tail fell off almost immediately so I had to remove it as one of my cats likes to each string so it was a choking hazard.

A favourite
This has become one of my cats' go to toy. She regularly retrieves it and throws it around a bit/ kicks and chews etc. Should I spend too long (!) in the bath it's often sitting outside the bathroom for me when I'm finished..

My cat loves it. It's not sturdy, but it is heavily used so I don't mind to replace monthly. It gives so much joy, it worth it. I hope it will be backein stock soon.

Plush mouse (with catnip?? 🤔)
The mouse is great in terms of size. I put it in my own home-dried catnip. 😉 The tail & nose of the mouse come off first, which is why I ordered 6 straight away. I then sew the cord (tail) back on myself. 😅

Our tomcat isn’t overly interested in the mouse, mostly just briefly when you actively throw it for him. But it’s very cute and seems sturdy, and every cat is different after all. We’re still happy with it and always delighted when he shows interest. :)

Like a real mouse...
... not strong enough to withstand a cat's teeth. My cat played with it enthusiastically; the tail and nose were gone within minutes, and the seam on the back had split open. It was patched up and held better for a while, but then she started using her fangs to bite off and chew the mouse's cute little feet – perhaps all the intricate details just offer too much of a target. So unfortunately, it's not really suitable for slightly wild four-legged friends.
