It's good value being in a larger box but I find the box is often delivered damaged with food packets burst open.

The food is great, my cats love this brand but we got two boxes and in one three had burst and in another two had which caused a lot of mess and a horrible smell because I hadn't realised right away 😳

This is the third time I have had these and the third time I’ve had to throw away 15/20 sachets due to them being open and leaking everywhere, I contacted zoo plus who have given me a refund. I really think you need to sort out your sealing machine at factory, I’m giving it one more go and if the same happens again I will cancel my repeat order. It really has to be sorted out.

Diabolical packaging
The new packaging is diabolical. Pouches busted open on every order and I’m having to go through every pouch one by one to wash and check for damage. Zero problems with older packaging so must be down to the new design as it’s happened 3 orders in a row. If it isn’t fixed I’m going to have to change brand, which is a nightmare as it took so long to find this one that my cat likes and can buy in bulk.

Very Disappointed
I've been buying this cat food for years. One cat now refuses to eat it, the other eats it but has severe diarrhoea afterwards. I'm wondering if the recipe has changed. I've had to throw some pouches away because they're already open and have gone 'off' 😕 Even some of the feral cats have refused it.

Despite the new packaging my cat still enjoys the seaside duo flavours. Unsure if they have changed but at 17, its the only brand and flavours he will eat. I find the pouches easy to scoop out and they leave the pouch clean.

Not what it used to be
Used to buy this all the time and very popular with my two. Last batch the cats wouldn’t eat so will have to look for a new brand.

Change of recipe?
My cats only eat the fish flavoured Gourmet and this last batch they have refused to touch. They have been eating it for years. I bought a 12 pack from Asda and they ate it without a fuss. I gave the 90 pouches to my neighbour but she said her cats wouldn’t eat it either. Very odd.

Been using this for two years with absolutely no issues, my last batch however has been very poor. My cat has turned his nose up at it repeatedly and I now have 80 packs going to waste. Please change it back!!

Like other purchasers, I have found my cats refusing the latest batch. I will buy one more, but send it back if this continues.

I feed my cats with this food for 10years, but is quality and recipes was changed and now my cats rejected to eat

Recipe changed for the worst
I’ve bought at least 12 bulk boxes in the last year. My 6 adult cats all used to love it. The last batch gave all explosive diarrhoea. Now, not even the stray cat who is an absolute gannet will eat it. But the regular sized boxes all seem to be fine. Bizarre.
