Changes to product availability

We are hard at work to ensure your favourite products continue to be available to you!

Following the UK’s exit from the EU, new rules on shipping goods between the UK and EU continue to be introduced. As a result of new regulations which came into effect on 1st January 2022, a selection of products which cannot be brought into our UK fulfilment centre will no longer be available.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience these changes may cause in the short term and assure you that we will continue to focus our efforts on expanding our selection to bring the best products to you and your pets.
