The Brexit implementation period has ended and the UK has now left the EU. New rules apply on goods being shipped between the EU and UK.
As a result, there are some unavoidable changes to how we operate:
- A limited selection of our least popular products which are not stocked in the UK are not currently available to order.
- It is not possible to place orders on zooplus.co.uk for delivery outside the UK. We request that affected customers order from their local zooplus website or zooplus.com. Deliveries into the UK from other zooplus sites has also ceased.
- Delivery into Northern Ireland is no longer possible for a small range of products on zooplus.co.uk.
We apologise sincerely to those affected for any issues you might face as a result of these changes which are beyond our control.
We will, of course, continue to review and adapt our services as the new rules are being finalised and we are confident that our preparations will allow us to continue helping you care for your pets, this year and beyond.
