The bag delivers what it promises. It's sturdy, and the zips can't be opened, at least not by my cats.
Unfortunately, the bag isn't tall enough for my two slim, long-legged indoor cats (5kg house cats); they can only stand crouched inside the bag.

The bag is certainly very comfortable for fluffy paws. However, my rabbits chewed their way out of the bag while we were at the vet. (My rabbits aren’t aggressive; they just love to nibble.) Since then, we’ve been using a sturdy transport box.
