Tasty rat snacks
My rats love these pea flakes. The only downside is that there is quite a lot of shell waste in them that they will not eat. Perhaps its just my spoilt ratties

Hit or miss
Bought 2 bags. One is almost entirely dust, the other is great. I think it's just down to luck. Definitely acceptable for the price.

Super tasty!
My fish are totally hooked on the flakes. It's true that they're more pulverised now. The product used to be purer. But it's still tasty—anyway, the bowl is empty every two days. 😊

Pea flakes
My rats really love these. I sometimes mix the flakes into their food or give them individually as a treat =)

Nice for in-between moments
Very popular, even if only rarely given.
We also use them to disguise medication pastes or vitamins, because the degus love nothing more than pea flakes!
It's just a shame that some of them are quite crumbled.

It’s received quite differently, but it tastes good!
In our wild garden, many different types of wildlife bustle about. Mice (2 different species) and rats (none of which have ventured into our house yet, as there’s plenty of food available outside), a marten, frogs, and lots of birds, such as blackbirds, blue and great tits, robins, chaffinches, goldfinches, coal tits, black redstarts, yellowhammers, bullfinches, sparrows, dunnocks, magpies, wood pigeons, and the tiny wren. There’s always something going on here, whether it’s summer or winter. If you want to do something good for the wildlife, you shouldn’t just think about feeding them but also providing fresh water. Of course, in these freezing temperatures, the water freezes within an hour, but we’ve made use of a heating cable suitable for garden or pond use. The shortest cables for this purpose aren’t expensive and are very effective. We’ve placed the heating cable in spirals inside a 1-metre-long tray for flower boxes and replace the water every morning using a watering can. During the day, we’re practically overrun with birds, and at night, the four-legged creatures come to quench their thirst.
Now, onto the pea flakes. These are received very differently by each species. Just as human tastes vary, so do those of animals. One mouse loves the flakes, while the one next to it doesn’t even look at them. It’s the same with the birds. One great tit tries them and clearly finds them tasty, while another doesn’t even test them. The wood pigeons seem to really enjoy the flakes. Sometimes the flakes remain untouched for a day, and other times they’re all eaten. I can highly recommend the pea flakes. Just give them a try, and even if the animals don’t immediately go for them, keep offering them again and again. Sometimes it takes a while for new food to be accepted. After all, unfamiliar things don’t always appeal to us straight away either ;-)
Best regards
