i got this for my 2 rabbits reading some reviews was making me doubt my decision to buy it, i ordered it in the afternoon and it was there the next day so great delivery, higher than i had pictured so my 2 rabbits wont escape, and the overall size is fab. It didnt have instructions, but if you use common sence it isnt hard to work out how to put it up. we wont be buying the base as the reviews are not great so instead have got a massive blanket for under it.

The playpen is great because you can arrange the individual panels as needed (you can make it smaller or bigger), and if you buy another playpen, you can expand it even more. The only downside is that the neighbouring loops sometimes get caught on each other, and it can be quite tricky to unhook them. But that's only an issue when handling it, it doesn't affect how it works. I really appreciate the communication with customer service – after I reported a fault, they sent me a new piece. The communication was quick and professional.
