It’s no longer Attapulgite but Sepiolite nowadays, yet the quality is excellent, VERY low on dust, the price for the 4kg pack is reasonable... I’m completely satisfied.

My hamster bathes in it at least once a day, and he absolutely loves this bathing sand. Highly recommended.

I bought the sand for my hamsters and have to say I've never purchased such dusty sand before! I definitely won't be buying it again because my little dwarfie has to sneeze a lot when digging in the sand. The only positive thing about the sand is the price and that it's quartz-free!

When the sand arrived today, well, that was something. Some ended up in the hallway, some in the box... and some still in the bag. The packaging is absolutely inadequate, three holes! But the sand is brilliant...

A-Sand is the best thing you can get for an animal – quartz sand is HARMFUL as it practically shreds the fur! The sand from JR is absolutely fantastic!!! Fine-grained, rounded particles, low in dust, odourless, and super smooth! I can only recommend this sand to everyone!

In terms of effectiveness and tolerability, definitely one of the best. Unfortunately, it’s extremely dusty, and the smell isn’t particularly pleasant either.

Attapulgus is finally proper sand for chinchillas! I also think it's good that Blue Cloud has been removed from the range, as it is suspected, among other things, of being carcinogenic!!!

My three ratties love bathing in it and now have wonderfully soft and shiny fur because of it. Plus, it’s even cheaper here than in the shop!!! Also, a big shout-out to Zooplus... super fast delivery (ordered late Friday evening, delivered Monday lunchtime), everything complete... I’m thrilled... I’ll definitely shop here again!!!

My gang of rodents (gerbils, dwarf mice, fancy mice, and dwarf hamsters) absolutely love this sand... it's wonderfully fine, and they all get so excited when the sand trays are refilled!

I can only recommend this sand for chinchillas!! Firstly, it’s quartz-free, which is an absolute MUST for chinchillas, and secondly, the price is simply fantastic!! My chins have an amazingly dense and beautiful coat!! Absolutely recommended!!

The sand might be good, but if you've always used the Blue Cloud sand before, this one feels like a cheap product in comparison. Unfortunately, they no longer have the Blue Cloud, so I have to use this one, but I hope that changes again soon. Because long-term, this is no good!!!

The best and only sand you can give to chinchillas. Only quartz-free sand is suitable for chinchillas, and since they've been using this, they have the healthiest and softest fur. :-) Highly recommended!!!

I bought this sand for my "emergency hamster." He had never been able to bathe in sand before, and his fur wasn’t in the best condition. But now his fur has become really nice and fluffy, and he bathes in it quite often. Brilliant!

This is genuine Attapulgite sand, my chinchillas are thrilled, and their fur is really well cared for. Price-performance ratio = absolutely top-notch!!!

My chinchilla absolutely loves this sand. As soon as I put fresh sand in the tub, he peeks out of his little nook and starts digging around in it. A very good product! Great price!
