Vest for a person, no clothes for the dog

My review was deleted so I'm adding it again because I believe what happened to me shouldn't happen. I received only the vest for a person, even though the description says it's a SET including clothes for a dog as well. The vest itself is well made, but I can't rate the dog clothes because they were missing—it was supposed to be a gift for someone close to me.
