Not sure why there is reviews saying not good for dogs with liver disease as this is what it is for and infact I was recommended by my vet, its great as an alternative taste to the Royal Canin Hepatic dog food which my dog has been on for about 4 years. She loved the new taste. So I alternate.

My dog really liked this food

This can is not suitable for dogs with liver cancer. My dog felt unwell after eating this can because of her liver disease. But for dogs with no issues, it is ok. Because other our dogs who ate it were fine.

My 10 year old dog has Liver Disease, she loves this and is doing really well on it

My dog Hector age 14, had raised copper levels in his liver and was very under the weather. He was put on Rocco hepatic food,and within 2 months his enzymes were back to normal, and he is much happier. He also likes the food ! Thank you

I tried this can for my dog who was diagnosed with liver disease. After she ate it she felt very unwell. I think because it is too fatty. She could not tolerate some food at all. I had high hopes for this can but it was not good for her at all. Other dogs with no health issues had no problem after eating this can. So I suggest it is ok for healthy dogs but it is not ok for dogs with liver disease or liver cancer.

As the title suggests my Freddy loves this food but only when it's fresh. The tins are too large and he only eats half and the rest has to go in the fridge with a lid. Unfortunately he won't eat the rest it has to be thrown in the bin. I wish there were smaller tins available.

We were advised to get Rocco meat for the liver as molly has liver Failure and normal dog meat didn’t help her so we got this meat and not only does she love it but it is helping her as well so Thankyou for making such a amazing meat to help our poorly pets

My little dog eats it with pleasure.

This wet food suits her very well digestively. Unfortunately, she doesn’t really like it. She sniffs it, turns away, and only comes back several hours later when she’s really hungry, and even then she only eats part of it.
