I have ordered this product several times no problem but on latest order the beef with game was very wet and sloppy not at all like it has been before which is firm and meaty my dog would not eat it. I sent an email got no reply. Very disappointed with Customer Service services

The quality of the meat is now so bad. Most of the tin is either fat, gristle or parts of the animal that should not be fed to anything. Will stop buying after a few years of using Rocco

When first bought these tins they were great, now it's full of fat and I've also been finding the odd piece of blue plastic in it. The trays don't seem to have as much fat content so going to give them another as they are back in stock 🙏🏻 I was issued with a refund when called to complained, so great customer care.

Won't be ordering again. Made my dog sick,diarrhoea.

This is the second time I've received my order with the game flavour not tasting good anymore.

Total disaster of a dog food, my dog won't even go near the bowl. It has a weird smell when you open the can, like it's gone off. Waste of money, and you can only return the whole pack. So it looks like 22 cans are going in the bin. He used to love eating GranCarno, but this one is just a waste of cash.

Despite switching to a stomach-friendly food, my female dog still gets stomach and intestinal issues (diarrhoea and vomiting). I still have a few cans left. Unfortunately.

For 6 years I fed my two dogs with Rocco wet food, Classic Beef and Chicken. Recently, the composition of the food has noticeably worsened. The colour is almost black and looks unappetising, and it has an unpleasant smell.
