Beef with Game

Sloppy food

I have ordered this product several times no problem but on latest order the beef with game was very wet and sloppy not at all like it has been before which is firm and meaty my dog would not eat it. I sent an email got no reply. Very disappointed with Customer Service services

I have a lovely springer spaniel but she is food fussy until I found Rocco now she eats her meals

Good value, both dogs love it

I ordered this food because my dogs can't eat chicken, and this is one of the few tinned foods that don't contain chicken. It is high protein, with no nasty inclusions and you can see bits like pieces of heart etc in the food. The 400g tins don't seem to have excess fat in the bottom, and the dogs appear to really enjoy it, and don't produce huge piles of waste afterwards. So overall I'm really pleased with it, it seems to be a good quality food, that the dogs enjoy, so I'm happy to recommend

Pure Beef

Quality of the contents completely changed for the worse

The quality of the meat is now so bad. Most of the tin is either fat, gristle or parts of the animal that should not be fed to anything. Will stop buying after a few years of using Rocco

Fat content, but great customer care.

When first bought these tins they were great, now it's full of fat and I've also been finding the odd piece of blue plastic in it. The trays don't seem to have as much fat content so going to give them another as they are back in stock 🙏🏻 I was issued with a refund when called to complained, so great customer care.

Wouldn't buy the beef only again

I find overall rocco is good value for money, I buy the reindeer, game and wild boar tins. I recently bought just beef and the bottom of the tins, around 15%, is thick lard. My dog doesnt tolerate too much fat so i cant give this. I've just ordered a second lot of the mixed protein ones. Hoping they will be like the others I've previously had, so I'll soon see. I won't be buying the beef only again at all though and personally wouldn't advise others too.

Excellent quality dog food

What a difference Rocco is compared to store bought dog food. I wanted to change her diet to something with good quality ingredients as it is known that most store bought food uses animal derivatives, preservatives, sugars, wheat filler etc. From opening the tin, the quality of the food is evident. Real meat, thick pate consistency, smells nice, and I was shocked to see full beef and chicken hearts in there - plenty too. Good quality at a price that works out at just over £1 a tin, amazing!

When I started buying this, it contained real meat.. now it is the same mush as everything else.

Only food that works for our neuro compromised oesophagus dog after RC changed their food. This food is keeping our dog alive.

Texture looks nasty.. it’s ground up and ‘bitty’ but my dog likes it! And that’s all that counts!

Green tripe a hit

Tried out the wet green tripe and my three dogs ate every bit of their dinners. They loved it so will be ordering on a regular basis

It's changed

This used to be fantastic,smelt more like human food,larger chunks of meat,this has become a grey mush now which doesn't smell very good........my ridgeback stuffers from blocked anul glands with poor qualiy food.....this is happy now so will have to look for something else

The only recipe my dog will eat
