My dog has kidney disease & prone to pancreatitis so decided on this food. He likes it. The pull ring on the cans often breaks so have to use a tin opener which is a pain.

My 13 year old cocker spaniel has stage 2/3 kidney disease so I thought I was doing the best him putting him on this food. He has 3 tins per day which is going straight through him, he hates it but eats it as he is so hungry and has terrible diarrhoea. We’re looking for an alternative diet as he is losing so much weight
