Good food - terrible packaging
We’ve bought several boxes of this. Some of them are ok, others the packs aren’t properly sealed, the horrible fishy goo (which the dog loves) has leaked out. I end up throwing some away as they look mouldy. I’m going back to buying individual packs, it costs more but if I only need to throw 1 away and the saving has gone anyway.

Packaging problems
Great food, but the packaging needs improving. My latest order arrived with all 36 trays split and oozing fishy goo everywhere. The replacement sent by zooplus with a different courier had the same issue. Dog was in heaven helping me clean up at least...

Poorly sealed packs
Had to dispose of he entire pack as majority were not sealed and leaked all over each other. Meat had turned. Informed customer services and received a full refund.
