The solution for IBD and intolerances
My Tibetan Terrier has IBD and various food intolerances. I’ve tried EVERYTHING. Nothing really helped him. Even when I managed to get rid of the diarrhoea, he still had nighttime acid reflux. The poor dog smacked his lips all night long. With this food, everything is finally fine now – though it did take a few weeks. He gets ONLY this food now, you really have to be consistent.

Royal Canin Anallergenic
My Boxer-Dogue has repeatedly suffered from severe diarrhoea since puppyhood. Despite treatments from the vet, the diarrhoea kept coming back at longer intervals. This May, it was very bad—our Bolle was extremely lethargic and barely ate. No worms or parasites were detectable. Diagnosis: IBD. This food was recommended to us. The dog likes it, and NO MORE DIARRHOEA. I can only recommend it.

hypoallergenic
My BX mastiff has been suffering from severe diarrhoea at longer intervals for 2 years, always under treatment by the vet: only short-term improvement. Recently, he had watery stools for 7 weeks, and despite antibiotics, stomach protection, and cortisone treatment, there was no improvement. I then went to the veterinary clinic in Bielefeld. After examinations, they finally made a diagnosis. My dog has IBD. He is now on Anallergenic, and lo and behold, my dog has normal stools again: NO stomach rumbling and NO vomiting anymore.

Grateful for this dog food
My female dog is now 1 year old, and from the very beginning, she suffered from severe ear infections. Despite medication, it didn’t get better—in fact, it kept getting worse, and she would cry constantly. After several allergy tests, it turned out that she has a severe allergy to all types of meat. Now my dog is eating the Anallergenic food, and she really enjoys it. We are very happy with the food because it has helped our dog rediscover her pure joy for life.

Perhaps helpful but apparently not tasty
It would have actually been one of the last options for my dog, who is allergic to almost everything. But it smells like peanut crisps and sticks to the mouth when eating. After just two days, it was completely refused. I tried feeding it to her for another week. She actually preferred to go hungry for a week. Since she’s already extremely underweight, I had to switch back to other food, which she unfortunately doesn’t react well to but at least eats. Such a shame!

Essential Food
This food is vital for my Mini Yorkie’s survival, and as a long-time customer, I would love to buy it here. However, 8 kilos of food for a 2 kg dog that needs 40 grams a day is definitely too much to stay truly fresh and tasty once opened over the long term. It would be wonderful if Zooplus could also include the 3 kg bags in their range.

Finally healthy!
Our dog has been on Anallergenic for 2.5 years and has been symptom-free without medication, staying fit and healthy every day. He loves eating the food and even gets it as a treat, as he definitely can't tolerate anything else. Before that, he was repeatedly ill for almost 1.5 years with stomach pain, a "squeaky stomach," and vomiting. Then came the diagnosis of IBD. We were told he would need medication for life. Another vet recommended Anallergenic to us. Since then, everything has been fine.

Good experience
Our Bichon Frise has a comprehensive food and flea allergy. On veterinary advice, he has been receiving this food for quite some time, alternating with a similar product, also from Royal Canin. With both, we’ve managed to at least reduce the allergic reactions (itching, scratching) so that the allergy remains manageable. However, the packaging sizes from Zooplus are too large for our little dog. Elsewhere, we can get 3 kg sizes—why not here?

pancreatitis
My westie is 5 and has suffered from diahorrea after lots of tests they found she suffered from pancreatitis and therefore went onto royal canin anallergenic, its been a god send. The food has helped her tremendously she has just had a flare up of her pancreatitis but instead of high vets fees its a quick trip to the vets for liquid base meds and she will be back to normal, flare ups will happen but not so much coz of the food Bailey is on..
