Royal Canin Veterinary Canine Hypoallergenic Moderate Calorie

I have been giving my dachshund these biscuits for months now ( advised by my vet) to help with his itching skin and it has made the scratching worse !

It is now many years my dog is fed only with the Royal Canin Veterinary Hypoallergenic. He digests it very well and love the flavours.

We have a lab x whippet tested for allergies at 6 months due to significant skin irritation, ear and anal gland infections 😔 After positive results for lamb, beef, chicken and pork our vet recommended this. Within a month there was a huge transformation. Now 18 months old we continually get comments "what a beautiful coat he has" There hasn't been any further skin problems, he's fit, healthy and full of energy. He loves this food and so do we! 😀

Our dog constantly had ear infections, and it only got better with this food. But after about 4 months, he started losing more and more hair. At first, we thought it was because of the hot weather, but it got really bad. Health-wise, everything was fine and our vet recommended we try a different food. After just one week, there was already a lot less hair for me to sweep up in the mornings.

He has allergies and is doing really well on this food, plus there’s room for an extra cuddle 💕

My dog loves the food. He’s had really good stools since we switched to this feed. Before, he often had loose or upset stomach from other food.
