Our American Working Lab has been on Black Angus for about 4 years now. Absolutely no digestive upsets, no flatulence and well formed stools. Really excellent food.

We switched our 3 year old lab to Markus Muhle when he was still a puppy, This food contains green mussels to support joint health and is good for sensitive tummies! Our dog thrives on this food. His coat is shiny, he’s very lean, energetic and he doesn’t pass smelly wind anymore. This brand is also good value for money. A win for everyone!

I was keen on the idea of a cold pressed food. Appearance wise, The food is not over consistent size. Not a problem for my dogs, but maybe for smaller ones. There was far too much product that had broken down and was just dust. Initially, they both ate it. It wasn’t long before one of mine started picking and even my other lab who normally eats most things, wasn’t as interested. Won’t be reordering, which is a shame as it seems good product for the price, ingredients wise.

I always buy this food but the last two bags I have bought have had this weird smell and my dog throws up every time he eats it

It doesn't look like you are giving your dog much and if that's the case just add water, it swells pretty quickly. My dog looks incredible on this food and is happy to have it.

Great food and I use the “dust” in the bottom of the bag mixed with Face 0% yogurt and a little whole food peanut butter to stuff Kongs and freeze them. Use them as occasional treat if we’re out for 4+ hours - keeps our lab occupied for ages!

My Belgian malinois loves this food, it doesn't seem like you are giving much when you weigh it out but add water and the food swells like Weetabix. It means I can put it in Kong's and lickimats and freeze it for a nice treat. Don't over feed in it's dry form as it is quick to swell and you don't want to stretch your pups stomach.

Pros. Always feed my dogs Black Angus as it`s the only food that has never let my dogs down. Good firm stools and my dogs weight never fluctuates. Cheaper to buy two bags at once and it keeps well Cons. Expensive and there tends to be a lot of dust in the bottom of the bag which i have to throw away and this makes it even more expensive, Can this be addressed?

My girl is alergic to chiken and get lots of alergies, plus super fussy. She loves the favour and has finally put some weight on. I do feed way more than recomended dose tho

Excellent cold pressed dog food. Our American Working lab has been on Black Angus for over two years now. He always polishes his food off straight away and has had almost no digestive upsets and virtually no wind since we switched to Markus Muhle.

I have a working lab that works as a gun dog, agility dog and a demo dog for dog training classes. She is doing so well on this food, her coat is shiny, she is bright, alert, can concentrate. She has enough energy to do her daily tasks (we use 2 cups mm and a wet pouch of lukullus) but she is never fizzy. She can relax easily in the home. I recommend this food to all my clients, my only add would be adding green lipped muscle extract to the naturnah food

Really good dog food, after my extra fussy GSD, wouldn’t eat any other food except Purzion, then had a bad allergy from it. So tried her on black Angus, well amazing first food she has ever eaten by herself and not soaked. She loves it. Really good ingredients for joints as well. 😊

My dogs love this food and look great on it but I have to chop each piece in half as they are only small dogs PLease do a mini version - there are a lot of small dogs!

This food is ridiculously low priced for such a fabulous food. Organic, cold pressed and high in nutrients for your dog. Can’t say a bad word about any of the flavours, all my dogs live this brand and I won’t be changing it!

It seems Pepper has a sensitive tummy. Moving to Markus Mühle naturnah last year was a big improvement on the premium brand we were using but now stepping up to Black Angus and away from chicken has shown an impressive improvement. Firm stools, shiny coat and an energetic dog who is much more comfortable and cheerful. Am hoping the green lipped muscle extract will protect her joints too.

My English Springer Spaniel absolutely loves this food he barks like crazy when I go to his food box...

I got this cold pressed food after looking at recommendations online and seeing the ingredients list suited what I was looking for. As this is not a brand I’d seen before in petshops or supermarkets, I was a little worried it wasn’t going to be what I expect but it has definitely impressed me! It smells great, it’s a good size and 1 bag lasted my two medium/large sized dogs a full month (with some wet food added). You can’t beat this price for the quality it is, definitely recommend.

One of the best cold pressed foods available. All my dogs love it and looking better than they have been on any other complete food I have tried over many years. Highly recommended.

My two retrievers love this. One is a fussy eater and the other has a sensitive tum, black Angus is perfect for them both. They seem to thrive on it, lovely condition and I wouldn’t use anything else.
