Lukullus Cold-Pressed Barbary Duck & Lamb

my dogs love these and have them as treats too. i have very picky eaters with skin complaints and this fits the bill with no issues.

I feed this food to all of my Dogs Hettie an English Setter 5 years old Molly Cocker Spaniel 5 years old and Milo a Maltese x 10 years old , they have Lukullus mixed with Quality wet food , they all love this food, Hettie and Milo have sensitive tummy’s but have no issues with food it’s fabulous!

Bought this for my dog, had to throw it away as she's having the runs, it gives her a very bad tummy, vet advised to totally avoid this product, £30 worth in the bin

I have three dogs, one can be very fussy and all three have stomach problems, they are always super excited for food now, as opposed to their old kibble that they'd just saunter over to. They're all in wonderful condition and now have a wonderful shine to their coat - will be sticking on this!

I'm glad I bought the trial pack as my dog doesn't like this food very much. His stools are firm, which could be due to the presence of alumina (4th smallest ingredient on the packet, on the website listed as 'clay', found in foodstuffs as a contaminant from food processing), known to cause constipation. Shame, as otherwise the food seems good quality.

Have tried a number of wheat free foods for my victorian bulldog who has a number of food allergies that flare up and make him itch his skin. This food has made a noticeable difference. Just be careful on food size as I found one cup of this weighs as much of two of other food I have used. So weigh amount before feeding first time. Highly recommend.

The dogs adore the taste of this food, the sack arrived this morning and they were trying to get into it before i could even put it in their bowls. I love how it has a very minimal grain content with the only grain in it being a little bit of rice. its mostly lamb, duck and potatoes. Its hypoallergenic with a good meat content and great for dogs with allergies or sensitive bellies :) All of my dogs love it, from my tiny terrier to my lurcher and i use it as training treats for my parents dogs!

Had our rescue Galgo almost 2 years now. For the first year we tried him on all sorts of high end kibble, but he was clearly not happy with what he was fed. After much research we discovered cold pressed dog food & after various trials of all brands available in the UK, he settled for Lukullus Barbary Duck & Lamb. He's on his 4th bag. We've tried alternating with another cold pressed brand, but he makes it clear where his preference lies. Thanks Zooplus for great bargains & excellent service

My dog loves this. He had a lot of stomach problems with his other food but this one is absolutely great, all natural and good!

It was an excellent product until they introduced the "new recipe" with 10% potato!! If you're not careful, your dog will gain weight. Paid for personally + a friend with two different dog breeds (Briard and Amstaff)

I can only agree with the previous reviewers. We also fed Lukullus cold-pressed dry food for years and really liked it, but now we're very dissatisfied with the new recipe. Our dog still eats it, but the crumbling is extreme. We feed part of the ration using a feeding mat, but with this quality, that's basically no longer possible. Unfortunately, we'll have to look for another brand. Such a pity. Hopefully the manufacturer is reading this.

Hard, dry, thick pellets. The dogs won’t eat them even when they’re hungry, and even after soaking the food, they won’t touch it. Other stray animals don’t want to eat it either. I’m disappointed, and my dogs even more so.

My Maremma only eats Lukullus, and you can really see it in her coat and overall health. The kibble is perfect and there's a great mix of flavours. Keep up the good work.

The new formula was unfortunately a waste of money for us. We were always completely satisfied before, but with the new recipe, my dog has a lot more output (up to 5 times during one walk) and is constantly hungry.

My dog is really happy with the food. Even in this hot weather, he eats it without needing to mix it with wet food. Good quality food.

Unfortunately, the packaging no longer gives off that premium feel. The product made with the new recipe is much paler in colour, and the kibble itself breaks apart, so a lot more of it turns to dust at the bottom of the bag. I think it’s time for us to switch. Our dogs used to love it, but we want what’s best for them, so thanks for everything up until now.

Very strong smell of rosemary. My dog doesn’t like it, even though the ingredients are quite similar. I have to mix it with wet food for him to eat it. The previous version was much better.

We used to happily feed Lukullus to our Lab – first the puppy food and then the adult food. Since they changed the recipe, the food is completely different. I’d describe it as floury, and there’s a lot of leftover powder. We’re also not sure if our dog has developed an intolerance after more than two years. We won’t be buying this food anymore.

I am not satisfied with this order. There is far too much dry food dust. This does not match the price-performance ratio. The email to customer service was not sent and I was told to call instead. I had attached pictures of the poor quality dry food to the email.

Previously, this particular food was absolutely top quality and suited our dogs really well. We've been feeding this for years! Now the recipe has been changed and the food is completely ruined. The dogs can't make use of the food at all, they just keep pooping and pooping and pooping. And pooping and pooping. We can't go outside five times a night with them. Their stomachs aren't exactly upset, but apparently nothing is being absorbed or put to good use, since a bucketful comes out the other end. Time to switch!
