He’s usually more of a chicken and duck fan but was actually really enjoying fish and he is a picky eater so he definitely liked it. Big plus with the zip lock on the bag because it keeps the food fresh. It of course smells like dog food but it doesn’t have very intense smell to it. It’s great value for money too.

Easy to store, 2kg size is ideal to trying out new food without buying a large bag. My dog really liked it, which is a bonus as she can be fussy with food!

The dog ate this food very quickly, i can only assume its liked more then the usual dry food. Packagings easy to use and easy to reseal keeping it fresh. He looks forward to meal times and eats all the food with none left behind! The fact this is for senior dogs is easily identifiable to avoid any confusion when buying. Despite being fish there is no over whelming smell which I am very pleased about. The food is full of health benefits and hypoallergenic. Would have been 5 stars but not sure my dog loves the taste.

As this particular variety was fish based, it did have a very strong smell when I opened the packet, but that just added to my dogs enjoyment. [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Great packaging, it has a good seal and keeps it fresh, but the opening isn’t massive so trying to get a scoop in as the food gets further down the bag is a little bit more tricky. My dog really enjoyed the kibble, the smell and texture were pleasant for me to handle. I can’t comment on any health changes or benefits to coat or teeth just yet as haven’t used it for long enough.

He’s a fussy dog usually and will not just eat any dog biscuits so I was really happy seeing him divulge into the James well beloved senior dog food! I feel like the dog food is good value for money and it’s great all the different flavours avalible, but also this specific food is tailored to senior dogs so it’s giving me peice of mind knowing my dog is getting the benefits in his food.

James Wellbeloved Fish and Rice flavoured kibble is perfect for him because it is hypoallergenic for dogs like him. Not only does it prevent his skin from being irritated but his stomach too. It is very nutritional to support his joints as he gets older. A bag is reasonably priced and good value too.

Positive points: * hypoallergenic *good for sensitive tummies/digestion *no wheat/maze *supports immune system Only negative point is with the Fish and Rice flavour is the very string fish odour which isn't noticeable with beef/chicken kibble.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] My first impression of this James Wellbeloved dog food is that it’s really well presented in lovely good quality packaging in a good size (so will last a fair while whilst not being too big to store). When I opened the bag I was grateful that the smell was overwhelmingly meaty or unappealing at all. The food is catered for senior dogs meaning it’s lower calorie and easier for weight control whilst still boasting other benefits. My dog is

My very fussy older dog absolutely loved this, some of the other senior food we tried him on he didn't like however this one he really seems to enjoy. It is also very gentle on his stomach and he seems happy with it. The protein content is also superior to some of the other brands which is a big plus!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] My eight year old Labrador is usually a very fussy eater, but with this food, the first time I gave it to her she picked up her bowl, took it over to the sofa, jumped up, hid in the corner to eat it and then finished the lot. She seems to love it. While it's too early (five days) to notice improvements to her coat having almost finishing the 2kg bag. I will pick up another to see if she continues to love it and the long term results.

The pieces are a good size for her to eat comfortably, and I like that they are easy to serve in her bowl. He’s absolutely obsessed with it ! I will definitely be buying more ! Not sure on his energy from it due to feeding him at night time but he loves the texture as it is like his old dog food and can keep it nicely stored fresh with the bag it comes in as it has a kind of zip bag at the top :)

He’s a little fussy with his food and he demolished it. First time in a longtime that he’s actually finished his meal in one go rather than grazing through the day. Huge hit in my household. Can’t wait to get more . The bag is medium size smell is actually not to bad for dog food! His skin appears to be a little better only used for around 1 week
