My dog was constantly in at the vets with sensitive stomach, and colitis and no matter what we tried it wouldnt work. I was offered samples at a burns trade stand and my dog is like a puppy again, and he is 11!! Never at vets, he is so much happier and healthier. I constantly get asked what did i do to get such a dramatic change in his life, i have to say Burns senior dog food. THANK YOU BURNS!! You saved my dogs life!!

I have used Burns now for 9 Years, wouldn't use anything else! My Labrador/Pointer has Inflammatory Bowel Disease and this suits his stomach 100%. Totally recommend for a dog with a sensitive Tum

I ran out of Burns Weight Control for my dog and tried her on other weight control Food. Pity I did, she has had itchy skin and tears lumps out of her skin. Poor girl. I am now about to order more Burns.

Westie been on it for years, good for his skin. New Labrador on it too, coat shiny and "end products" not gag inducing, unlike with cheaper foods. (15kg lasts about a month with these two)

My dog was a fussy eater but has eaten this from the beginning, I don't give it dry, I soak it with lukewarm water for a while & she loves it. Quick delivery & always good service.

We have fed our two Cockers Burns Adult Original for approx. 12 years. One of them had recurring anal gland problems and the other we found to be wheat intolerant - after speaking with the Burns' nutritionist, she advised this food for both. They no longer have the conditions that they did pre Burns. Would thoroughly recommend.

We started getting Burns for our old dog years ago. She was hyper-sensitive to protein and couldn't eat most foods without getting ill but after some research we hit upon Burns and have been buying it ever since, even though we now have two different young dogs. It's good quality, good for sensitive stomachs and one of the most reasonably priced for the quality.

We have bought this Burns food and also the lamb equivalent for some years now and our poodle Max has thrived on it. No reason to change.

I have been using Burns original chicken and brown rice for my two Golden retrievers. I add a little water to the dried food and there is never any left over. There coats are in great condition and have loto of energy. I also carry a small bag and give these as a reward when training. Over all great dog food and would recommend

I've been using Burns for past 8 years and all my Cavalier Spaniels thrive on it. A little goes a long way making it cheap to use. As you calculate amount by Dogs weight it works out economical and keeps their weight good. I alternate flavours and my dogs love it :-D.

My seven year old Gordon setter was putting on weight and frankly still too hyper for a dog of his age - so I looked through all the food contents on this site and fond this one with a lower, good protein level and lower in fat. The results have been amazing, his weight has gone back to normal in just two weeks and he's a happy still very active and healthy looking Gordon Setter - just not too over the top!! Love this food and would recommend to anyone whose needs are the same as mine!!!

Poor dog had leaky anal glands for a long time and only vets attentions seemed to sort it temporarily. Then I looked online and saw the write up for burns weight control diet and information. My dog is not obviously overweight but I tried her on it for a few weeks and the gland leakage and nasty smells disappeared. I then switched to the chicken and brown rice variety. For both varieties I had to feed slightly more than the recommended amount. No problems for over six months now.

I have used this food for all of my dogs for more than 15 years. Currently a Border Collie, a Shih Tzu, and a cocker-poo, all over 7 years old now. Thriving, great health and good teeth. I would never give any dog anything else. Read his nfo.

i have used the chicken and rice adult for over 4 years for my 6 year old cocker spaniel bitch who put on weight after being speyed she is superbly fit and active i wouldn't use any other brand we done burns

My Labrador loves this food, he will be six years old in September 2015 and looks like a two year old! He is in excellent condition so I will continue with Burns dog food and would recommend both the food and this site to anyone. Good food at a good price. Thank you.
