Didn't last an hour
Unfortunately, the joy for our Boxer didn’t even last an hour before the octopus had a big hole in its head. Since Bolle plays very intensely, he almost exclusively has toys from Kong, which are genuinely durable; but this pink octopus definitely doesn’t live up to Kong’s usual robust quality. Such a shame!!!

Disappointed
My 2 yr old chocolate lab made seriously short work of this. 10 minutes from the box to disembowelment with me sitting right next to her stopping her from getting down and having a good chew... I expected much more from the Kong brand. Might suit a smaller/less destructive dog.

Doesn't hold up!
My three woofs love squeaky toys, even though my old dog isn’t as keen on stuffed animals anymore. My 13-month-old Dalmatian mix has already played extensively with the octopus, and it’s still completely intact. It’s even been washed once, and everything’s spot on! An interesting toy
My German Shepherd puppy loves this octopus. She likes to nibble on it and carries it around all over the house. I have it for 2 weeks now and would definitely order it again if it breaks! I would probably order a bigger size though because the dogs grow.

Unfortunately, not the typical Kong quality.
Unfortunately, the octopus only lasted a few minutes with us... I'm just going to assume it was a material defect, as I've always been used to good quality from Kong. Maybe it was just bad luck, but still not worth a full star rating.

Yesterday, after a little over a month, my dog sent it over the rainbow bridge.
That’s fine, though, as my dog is a Pomeranian with a lot of patience and surgical chewing precision.
This item is great in terms of cost-benefit ratio, lasts a bit longer than average, is very engaging with the crinkly foil and squeaker, fits well in my dogs’ mouths, and was loved.
Will be ordered again soon.

My english bulldog loves it!

Unfortunately, it broke quickly :(
Looks cute, but unfortunately it broke after just a few minutes... there’s a seam running down the back of the arms because they make a crinkly sound. That was the best part... now it’s all scuffed and chewed up. Way too expensive for that... such a shame!

The first toy that delivers on its promises.
We bought this toy for our 18-month-old Yorkie, and it's honestly the first toy we've had during the time we've owned him that hasn't shown any damage despite all his biting and tossing it around. It even still squeaks, which is saying something, as most toys are usually destroyed within just a few minutes!
